    Responsibilities
    ● Own the end-to-end project management process for product and engineering initiatives.
    ● Work closely with leadership to translate business goals into actionable project plans and timelines.
    ● Coordinate day-to-day work across multiple teams, ensuring clear priorities, accountability, and progress tracking.
    ● Help structure and continuously improve development workflows, deployment processes, and release management.
    ● Identify risks and obstacles early, proactively work with the team to resolve issues, and keep projects on track.

    Requirements
    ● 2+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a SaaS or fintec startup environment.
    ● Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, deployment pipelines, version control, and cloud infrastructure.
    ● Experience working closely with software engineers, DevOps, and digital product designers.

    ● Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    ● Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
    ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to coordinate teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    ● Experience with project management tools.
    ● Self-starter, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
    ● Technical background (CS degree, engineering experience, or strong technical exposure) is a strong plus.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
