Project Manager (Technical)

We are looking for a highly organized and technically-oriented Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing projects across our product and engineering teams, driving efficient development processes, ensuring timely delivery, and helping structure our development and deployment pipelines. You will work closely with developers, Product designers, DevOps, TechOps, and leadership to align priorities, track progress, and remove blockers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on in a fast-moving startup environment and has a strong understanding of software development processes.

Responsibilities
● Own the end-to-end project management process for product and engineering initiatives.
● Work closely with leadership to translate business goals into actionable project plans and timelines.
● Coordinate day-to-day work across multiple teams, ensuring clear priorities, accountability, and progress tracking.
● Help structure and continuously improve development workflows, deployment processes, and release management.
● Identify risks and obstacles early, proactively work with the team to resolve issues, and keep projects on track.
● Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives as needed.
● Maintain clear documentation of project requirements, technical specifications, dependencies, and timelines.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
● Contribute to optimizing internal processes to support scalability and operational efficiency as the company grows.

Requirements
● 2+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a SaaS or fintec startup environment.
● Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, deployment pipelines, version control, and cloud infrastructure.
● Experience working closely with software engineers, DevOps, and digital product designers.

● Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to coordinate teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
● Experience with project management tools.
● Self-starter, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
● Technical background (CS degree, engineering experience, or strong technical exposure) is a strong plus.
