We are in search of a Sales Representative to join our high-performing sales team. This role focuses on closing deals with warm leads who have pre-booked their call times, rather than cold calls or lead generation. What You Will Do

• Manage and nurture leads in HubSpot, ensuring a healthy and accurate sales pipeline.

What You Need

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience (IT, SaaS, or outsourcing).
• Proven track record of closing deals with SMB clients.
• Strong understanding of outstaffing and outsourcing business models.
• Solid knowledge of the IT industry and outsourcing specifics.
• Fluent English (B2—C1) for daily client communication.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
• Availability for travel to international conferences and expos is required.

Основні задачі

• Взаємодія з ігровими провайдерами та агрегаторами.
• Супровід B2B партнерств та підтримка операційної комунікації.
• Контроль підключення та налаштування ігрових провайдерів.

• Перевірка та контроль ревеню-шер моделей та фінансових розрахунків.

Вимоги

• Вести повний цикл продажів — від пошуку потенційних клієнтів до закриття угод.
• Працювати з inbound та outbound лідами у Web3 / Fintech нішах.

• Практичний досвід у B2B-продажах і веденні переговорів із міжнародними клієнтами (Європа, США, Азія).
• Рівень англійської — В2-С1.
• Високий рівень самостійності, стратегічне мислення та емпатія до клієнта.
• Вміння працювати у швидкому темпі, структурувати роботу та виконувати KPI.
