Jobs with public salary

Ameriland Transport is a U.S. trucking company built on the owner-operator model. We currently run a fleet of 60+ trucks, and our goal over the coming period is to grow to 100−150 trucks. We already have a recruiting team talking to candidates every day, and marketing campaigns generating leads. What we’re missing is a strong leader who can bring these pieces together into one system, hold everyone accountable for results, and help both teams work smarter.
What You’ll Do
You’ll take full ownership of our Driver Recruitment & Marketing Division and be accountable for the entire funnel — from ad spend to a new owner-operator joining the company:

• Oversee advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, Indeed, and other sources): what’s running, how much is being spent, and what quality of leads it’s producing.
• Evaluate outsourced advertising and email marketing specialists — and replace them if results fall short.
• Track ad creatives: which banners, videos, and offers are performing, and when new ones are needed.
• Checking the website, SEO, and email campaigns current, functional, and professional.
• Support the recruiting team: monitor lead response time, follow-up, conversion, and the handoff to the Safety department.
• Checking the website, SEO, and email campaigns current, functional, and professional.
• Make sure recruiters always have accurate, up-to-date information about the company’s program, pay, and requirements.
• Identify and test new lead sources and new platforms for driver acquisition.
• Build clear reporting and KPIs: cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, lead-to-driver conversion, and cost per activated driver.
• Review the full funnel weekly and bring concrete recommendations for improvement.

Who We’re Looking For
This isn’t a task-executor role — we need someone who thinks in systems and is comfortable owning the end result:

• Required: hands-on experience in theU.S. trucking / logistics industry — you need to genuinely understand how this business works.
• Required: experience recruiting or hiring drivers or owner-operators — this is a must, not a nice-to-have.
• Good understanding of paid advertising, social media, email marketing, basic SEO, and conversion funnels. Marketing experience is a strong advantage, but experience in recruiting within the logistics industry, particularlyhiring Owner-Operators, is more important for this role.
• Experience managing people, vendors, or outsourced specialists.
• Comfortable reading advertising and recruiting analytics and making decisions based on numbers, not gut feel.
• Strong organizational skills — able to run several projects at once without losing control.
• Good written and spoken English.
Proactive, analytical, and comfortable pushing back on vendors or team members when results don’t add up.

What You’ll Get

•
Full ownership over how the division is built and run — you’ll design the system.
• Fully remote position, 3:00 PM — 12:00 AM Kyiv time.
• Base pay during the 3-month probation period: $2,500/month.
• Base pay after successful completion of probation: $3,000/month.
• A performance-based bonus system may be introduced in the future, depending on your performance, results, and initiative.
• Real growth alongside the company: our goal is to scale from 60+ to 100−150 trucks, and you’ll be one of the key people driving that growth.

• A team that’s already in place and ready for strong leadership: recruiters are on board, marketing is running — you won’t be starting from zero.

  Check yourself:

If you can answer «Yes» to all three questions below, you may be the candidate we are looking for:

1. Have you ever recruited truck drivers in the U.S. market?
2. Do you have experience sourcing truck drivers through platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Indeed, as well as posting job vacancies on these platforms?
3. Do you have experience managing a team, monitoring their performance and KPIs (preferably a team of recruiters)?
   Ready to Apply?

If you know the U.S. trucking industry inside out, have real experience hiring drivers or owner-operators, and can bring order to numbers, people, and vendors — send us your resume. We’d love to talk.

Work directly with a CTO who has 20+ years of building systems, on a product that is getting ready for launch. The LLM is at the core of it, the backend team is small, and your code goes into the first release.

We are hiring a Python backend engineer into our client's product team. Reviews here are detailed: you defend your decisions line by line and get feedback from someone who has seen most of the ways a system can fail. That is how you grow fast. The CTO also expects to hear "this is a bad idea" when it is one, with an argument behind it.

Use AI as much as you like. You own every line, whoever wrote it. You get a task and bring it back done: questions at the start, blockers raised the same day.

What you will do

• Own backend tasks from spec to production: API, data model, background jobs, integrations
• Build the layer around the LLM: checking model output, handling failures, quality tests
• Improve service stability before launch

What we need

• 4+ years of commercial development, Python as your main language. The framework is secondary
• You know how systems are put together: data structures and complexity, concurrency, queues, caches, transactions, indexes
• English Upper-Intermediate or higher: daily calls and written communication with the CTO
• Ukrainian or Russian for communication inside our team
• Nice to have: LLMs in production, asyncio, type hints and tests as a habit

Hiring process

1. We read your CV. If we have questions, we ask them in writing
2. Take-home task, AI allowed
3. Interview with our tech lead about your solution
4. Introduction to the client: interview with the CTO in English
5. After that the client will most likely give a take-home of their own, similar to ours. We go through it with our tech lead before you submit, and you defend it with the CTO at the final meeting

Terms

• You are employed by Tailored Tech and work inside the client's team. Full-time, fully remote, UA/EU time zone
• Paid probation, review of terms after it, then every six months
• Paid vacation and sick leave, AI subscriptions covered

To apply, send your CV and a few lines about the system you designed that you are most proud of.

Part-time video ad editor for 2-4 wellness brands. UGC and AI ads. $1000–1800 net per month plus performance bonus. 2-4 videos per week at the start, 4-6 later. English

$1,000–1,800 per month plus performance bonus. Full-time, remote.

Only for editors who have made UGC-style video ads for e-commerce. No showreels.

Work

• Video ads, 30–90 seconds. They must look like normal social media posts, not like ads.
• Formats: UGC, UGC with AI clips, full AI animation.
• Each video has 3 hook versions.
• 2-4 brands.
• You generate the AI images and animations with API provided by us.
• English. Slack, Asana, Frame.io.

Account Manager- Sales & Customer Success

Ender Turing | AI / B2B SaaS | Remote in Europe

About Ender Turing

Ender Turing is a product-focused AI startup building conversation intelligence solutions used by international companies in real production environments.

We’re a small team of 12+ people across engineering, product and customer-facing roles, building an AI platform that processes millions of customer conversations across voice and chat.

Our technology helps companies turn conversations into actionable insights through speech-to-text, sentiment analysis, summaries and real-time analytics.

We work with international companies including UNIQA Insurance Group, OTP Bank, NovaPay, Fozzy Group, and  Dobrobut Hospitals, with customers across Europe, the US and Latin America.

Small team. Global customers. Real production systems.

We’re looking for an Account Manager - Sales & Customer Success to own the client journey from the first qualified lead to a long-term partnership.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of Sales, Account Management and Customer Success. You’ll have a direct impact on customer success, account growth and revenue, with the freedom to shape how we work with clients. You’ll work with international B2B clients, senior decision-makers and operational teams, combining commercial thinking, relationship building and problem-solving.

What You’ll Do

Own the Full Client Journey

• Take ownership of qualified leads and move them through discovery, presentations and negotiations toward pilot launch and contract signing.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and operational stakeholders.
• Own the client relationship from pilot and implementation through adoption, expansion and renewal.

Drive Customer Success

• Understand the client’s business, goals, pain points and KPIs and translate them into clear priorities.
• Define and track pilot objectives, success criteria and business outcomes.
• Coordinate internal teams and keep projects moving.
• Identify risks, blockers and low adoption early and proactively solve them.
• Help client teams understand the value of Speech Analytics and turn product usage into real business results.

Drive Growth

• Lead post-pilot conversations and turn successful pilots into long-term contracts.
• Present results and build the business case for continued cooperation.
• Identify new use cases and opportunities for upsell, cross-sell and account expansion.
• Drive renewals and build long-term client partnerships.

Be Hands-On

• Learn the product quickly and work confidently with dashboards, data and product functionality.
• Investigate problems independently and involve the right people when needed.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers and other internal teams.
• Prepare and present business updates, results and recommendations to clients.

You’ll work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers and other internal teams — you won’t be expected to deliver everything yourself. Your role is to own the client relationship, coordinate the right people and make sure things move forward.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Consultative Sales, Business Development, Consulting or a similar B2B role.
• Experience working with B2B or enterprise clients.
• Strong commercial mindset and understanding of sales, retention and account growth.
• Experience with complex or consultative sales is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Analytical, proactive and comfortable solving problems independently.
• Ability to quickly understand complex products, business processes and client needs.

• Comfortable working across both strategic conversations and operational details.

Languages

• English & Ukrainian - bilingual.
• Experience working in an international environment is a strong advantage.
• We are looking specifically for a candidate who is bilingual in English and Ukrainian and can communicate professionally at a near-native/native level in both languages.
• The candidate should be able to confidently conduct business conversations, presentations, negotiations and client meetings in English, as well as communicate fluently in Ukrainian.
• This is a mandatory requirement, not an advantage.

Why This Role

This is not a pure Account Management role.

You will not simply receive a client request and pass it to another team.

You’ll own the relationship from the first qualified lead through discovery and pilot to adoption, expansion and renewal.

You will be expected to understand:

What does the client want to achieve?
Why did they buy the product?
Is their team actually using it?
Are they seeing the value?
What is blocking them?
What should we do next?
And how can we turn the current project into a long-term commercial relationship?

You will own the journey:

Lead → Discovery → Sales → Pilot → Implementation → Adoption → Post-Pilot Sale → Expansion / Upsell → Renewal

You are responsible for creating value for the client, making sure the client recognizes that value, and turning that value into a long-term commercial relationship.

How Success Looks

• Clients understand and realize the value of the product.
• Successful pilots convert into long-term partnerships.
• Accounts grow through expansion and new use cases.
• Risks and adoption issues are identified and addressed early.
• Client relationships develop into long-term commercial partnerships.

What We Offer

• Competitive compensation: $2,000–3,000/month, depending on experience and expertise.
• Performance-based bonus.
• Fully remote work.
• Work on a real AI product used by international enterprise customers.
• Direct collaboration with Product, Engineering and AI teams.
• Direct exposure to founders and key decision-makers.
• Opportunity to influence product development through customer feedback.
• Opportunity to grow beyond traditional Account Management across Sales, Customer Success and commercial strategy.
• Professional development and mentoring.
• Small, fast-moving startup where your ideas can have a real impact.

This is a B2B role. You’ll need to have or be willing to register a sole proprietorship (FOP) or company.

Application Process

To move forward, please:

1. Send your CV in English.

2. Answer the following question:

Tell us about a situation where you had to convince a client’s team to adopt a product or solution that had already been purchased by the decision-maker. What was the challenge, what did you do, and what was the outcome?

3. One more question:

Tell us about a situation where you had to solve a client or business problem without a clear process to follow. What did you do, and what was the outcome?

We value ownership, curiosity, business thinking, and people who enjoy solving real customer problems.

Interview duration: approximately 30-45 minutes.

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative in our sales department.

This role is for people who want to work on the front line of how the company wins new clients, speaking with potential partners, helping shape opportunities, & supporting the process of turning interest into long-term cooperation.

• Working closely with the development team to identify, reproduce, and resolve product issues.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation when needed.
• Participating in customer projects and ensuring successful product deployments.
• Continuously learning new technologies and helping improve both the product and implementation processes.
