B2B Sales Manager (US Market) — Remote

Do you enjoy phone negotiations, aren’t afraid of cold outreach, and want your income tied to results rather than a ceiling? Then keep reading.

Binotel is a SaaS company with 15 years of experience in business communications. We’re expanding into the US market and looking for a Sales Manager to own deals from first contact to signed contract.

What to know upfront

• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers.
• Keep deals updated in CRM and maintain an accurate forecast.
• Hit monthly targets and KPIs.

What we’re looking for

• 1+ year in B2B sales, ideally SaaS or telecom.

What we offer

• 💰 Competitive fixed salary + uncapped commission
• 📈 Clear career growth to Senior Sales Manager and Team Lead

This is a hands-on delivery role rather than a first job in security. You should be comfortable running a vendor assessment or an evidence collection cycle without step-by-step direction.

Key Responsibilities

Governance & Policy

• Maintain the ISMS, control register and governance documentation.
• Draft and update security policies, standards and procedures.
• Coordinate security awareness activities and track governance actions.

Risk Management

• Run information security risk assessments and maintain the risk register.
• Track risk treatment plans and remediation through to closure.
• Manage the security exception process.

Compliance & Audit

• Support compliance activities across ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 and GDPR.
• Collect and organise audit evidence; act as a point of contact during internal and external audits.
• Track audit and assessment findings to closure.

Third-Party Risk

• Run vendor security assessments and review supplier questionnaires.
• Maintain supplier risk records and follow up on third-party remediation.

Reporting

• Produce monthly security and compliance reporting for management.
• Maintain compliance dashboards and documentation repositories.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years in information security, risk, compliance, audit or IT governance.
• Practical working knowledge of at least one major framework (ISO 27001, SOC 2 or NIST CSF).
• Working understanding of GDPR and data protection obligations.
• Confident with Excel and structured documentation; able to produce reporting for a management audience.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Degree in cyber security, computer science, IT or a related discipline — or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on use of a GRC platform (Vanta, Drata, Hyperproof, OneTrust, ServiceNow GRC or Archer).
• Cloud security fundamentals (AWS or Azure), IAM and MFA concepts.
• Exposure to Cyber Essentials, CIS Controls or AI governance.
• Jira or Azure DevOps; Power BI or Excel dashboards.
• A certification such as ISC2 CC, CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001 Foundation / Lead Auditor or SC-900.
• German is a strong plus

What We Offer

• Ownership of real GRC workstreams across the full lifecycle.
• Mentorship from senior security professionals and support for certifications.
• Clear progression towards Senior GRC Analyst or Risk & Compliance Specialist.
• Collaborative and inclusive working environment.

About YARANDIN

YARANDIN is an AI-first software development and automation company working with startups and SMBs worldwide.

We build and scale SaaS and web products, AI solutions, business automation and integrations, while keeping strong expertise in classic custom development and DevOps.

We are a lean team of 30+ specialists and prefer practical solutions, direct communication and measurable business results.

What you'll do

Your main focus will be working with qualified opportunities from Upwork and other channels and turning them into deals.

This is not a manual bidding position — lead sourcing and bidding are handled separately.

You will:

• Qualify incoming opportunities and research potential clients;
• Take over communication with promising leads;
• Run initial discovery calls independently;
• Understand business needs, scope, budget and timeline;
• Prepare initial commercial proposals and coordinate estimates with our PM/technical team;
• Manage follow-ups, negotiations and opportunities in CRM;
• Develop partnerships and referral relationships;
• Explore and test new acquisition channels: platforms, communities, networking events, agency partnerships, etc.;
• Systematize sales and partnership activities and track their results.

What we expect

• 2+ years in B2B IT Sales / Business Development;
• Experience selling software development, AI/automation or related technical services;
• Good understanding of Upwork mechanics and agency accounts;
• Ability to run qualification and discovery without bringing a developer to every call;
• Understanding of SDLC, MVP development and basic software architecture;
• Experience with commercial proposals, estimates and negotiations;
• Upper-Intermediate+ English;
• Ownership, initiative and strong follow-up discipline.

Tools

Experience with CRM, Upwork, Trello, Slack, Notion, Miro, Google Workspace and modern AI/research tools such as ChatGPT, Claude etc.

You don't need to know every tool — you need to be comfortable figuring things out.

What we offer

• Base salary + strong commission tied to results;
• Additional bonuses for closed deals;
• Existing lead sources and processes — you're not starting from zero;
• Direct access to founders, PMs and technical specialists;
• Freedom to test and develop new sales channels;
• Remote work;
• Paid vacation and sick leave.

We are a small team, so this isn't a role where your job ends with “I booked a call.”

We need someone who can pick up an opportunity, understand it, move it forward, involve the right people when needed — and turn it into business.

• Manage and allocate the marketing budget across channels based on performance and ROI
• Set goals, assign tasks, monitor KPI achievement, and support employee development
• Generate hypotheses, launch tests, and evaluate results based on data and performance metrics
• Collaborate closely with Product, Risk, Analytics, Contact Center, and Sales teams

About the role

We are building LinkedIn outbound from scratch across several company accounts. You will own lead research: define search criteria per ICP with the team, find the right companies and decision-makers in Sales Navigator, and deliver clean, verified lists ready for the outreach team.

• Deduplicate against existing lists and previously contacted people
• Maintain the master lead sheet: consistent columns, tags by ICP and segment, source and date

• Flag ICP mismatches and propose new segments based on what you see in the data
• Send a short weekly report: leads researched, verified, rejected, and why

Requirements:

• 1+ year of B2B lead research or list building with LinkedIn Sales Navigator as the main tool
• You know Sales Navigator filters, Boolean search, saved searches, and lead lists in depth

• Attention to detail: you can explain how you check that a lead really matches an ICP

• You can show a list you built: ICP, volume, verification steps, and how it performed

Nice to have:

• Experience researching leads for IT outsourcing / custom development companies

About product
Our product is an AI marketing service for solo founders and small teams. Our customers are English-speaking founders from all over the world. They reach us through the website chat (Crisp) and the support inbox. An AI agent handles the first line. A human steps in where a decision, hands-on help or an account check is needed.
We are looking for a Support Manager to own this second line end to end: from understanding the request to the customer reply and the ticket for engineers.

What you will do

• Handle customer conversations in Crisp and the support inbox in English. Reply fast, short and to the point, in one consistent company voice.
• Find the real cause instead of repeating what the customer said. Before replying, check the account in our internal tools.
• Bugs and feature requests: reproduce the issue, separate a bug from a product misunderstanding, describe the symptom and environment briefly, open a ClickUp ticket and tag the team in Slack. Get back to the customer once it is fixed.
• Manual account operations.

Tools we work in: Claude, Crisp, Stripe, ClickUp, Slack, Clerk, internal admin panel, Gmail.

What we expect

• 1+ year in customer support for a SaaS or another online product.
• Written English at B2 level.
• A habit of checking first and replying second.
• Resilience under pressure.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Understanding of how social networks work (Reddit, X, Facebook, Instagram, Threads) at the level of an active user: connecting accounts, limits, bans, the difference between a page and a group.

Nice to have

• Experience with Crisp, Intercom, Zendesk or a similar helpdesk.
• Experience setting up and working with an AI support chatbot.
• Confident use of Claude.
• Background in marketing or SMM.
• Basic understanding of how a web product works: what logs are, how to record a bug video, how to explain a problem to a developer.

What we offer

• Health Insurance.
• GYM.
• English classes.
• 22 days off and 12 sick days.
• Paid national holidays.
• Teambuilding twice per year.
• Welcome box.

Looking for a remote role in an international project where you'll use English every day (and Spanish, if you have it) in live conversations with people across the US? Join Trucker Guide - we help American truck drivers on the road, from navigation and hotels to urgent roadside help.

Format: fully remote · Schedule: 12-hour shifts, day or night · Workload: no more than 42 hours per week.

About the company https://truckerguideapp.com/

Trucker Guide is an innovative product IT company building an advanced navigation and information platform for the trucking industry in the North American market (US and Canada).

• Milestones: since its active launch in late 2022, the app has grown rapidly - over 750,000 downloads and strong ratings (4.7/5) on the App Store and Google Play.
• Product: a full ecosystem (mobile & web) that brings together more than 450,000 points of interest (POIs) and helps thousands of drivers and dispatchers optimize complex routes every day - purpose-built truck navigation (accounting for vehicle dimensions), infrastructure search (truck stops, repair shops, fuel stations), live traffic-camera monitoring, and B2B route-planning tools.

Open position: Partner support specialist

We're launching a new product on our platform - Roadside Assist https://roadservice.truckerguide.app/. It works on a model similar to Uber/Bolt, but for trucking: a driver submits a request about a breakdown on the road, and a partner (tire shop, towing company, repair shop) accepts and fulfills it.

What you'll do (phone-based work only)

• Supporting existing requests: a driver has submitted a request, it's reached the partner, but they haven't responded - you call the partner and ask them to respond promptly.
• Resolving issues: you help sort out the situation if a driver runs into a problem with a partner during booking or while the service is being carried out.
• Recruiting new partners: if there are no partners yet in a driver's location, you get an automatic list of local shops, call them with a partnership offer, send them the signup link, and onboard the new partner onto the platform.
• You log the status of every case in the CRM.

What you'll get

• Daily live practice of your English (and Spanish, if you have it) - with real people in the US, not from a textbook.
• Your first professional experience on an international project - a strong line on your resume.
• Training before you start and team support from your very first shifts.
• Career growth: you're joining while the department is still being built, which opens up fast-track opportunities to grow into a Team Lead/Head role or move into adjacent departments (marketing, sales, finance, support).

What matters to us

• Confident English at a C1 level (spoken and written) - or English C1 + Spanish C1.
• Calm and polite even in stressful situations.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights.

Nice to have: experience in customer support or a call center.

Conditions

• Format: fully remote.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts (day/night), no more than 42 hours per week.
• Pay: $700-1000 (starting).

About us

We build and operate Roblox games as a business. We move fast, ship often, and let data decide what lives and what gets cut. Our workflow is AI-native: we use agents, our own tools, MCP integrations with Roblox Studio and internal analytics to build faster than a traditional studio. We just received pre-seed funding from a big publisher and we are ready to scale.

The mission

Build a production pipeline that takes a game from idea to live, and from live to scaled, with as little manual work as possible. A small team with the right tools should ship what a large studio ships.

You’ll own that pipeline and the games that run through it.

What you’ll do

• Run and grow the live games. Take ownership of current live titles from day one: monitor CCU, retention (D1/D7/D30), session length, conversion and ARPDAU, and decide what to update, rebalance or sunset. Keep growth moving while you build the new pipeline.
• Produce new games end to end. Take concepts from prototype to launch: scope, milestones, playtests, release and post-launch iteration.
• Build the AI production stack. Develop and refine the tooling around Roblox Studio, including MCP servers, agent workflows for Luau scripting, UI, level and content generation, and automated testing and QA.
• Manage the in-game economy. Design and tune monetization (game passes, developer products, progression and sinks) with a clear view of unit economics.
• Own internal analytics. Maintain dashboards and tracking for game KPIs, so every decision starts from numbers and not from guesses.
• Lead the people. Coordinate scripters, designers, builders and artists, and raise their output with better tools and clearer priorities.
• Experiment constantly. Test new genres, mechanics and loops quickly, kill the losers early and double down on the winners.
• Document the playbook. Turn what works into a repeatable process, so each next game ships faster than the last.

Who you are

• Proactive. You spot problems before they’re reported, build the fix and show the result.
• Hands-on experience producing or shipping Roblox games, or comparable live mobile or casual games, with real results to show.
• Strong understanding of game economies and live ops: retention, progression, monetization and balance.
• Technically fluent: you can read Luau, work with APIs and data, and you’re comfortable with Roblox Studio and its tooling.
• Already working with LLMs and agents in your daily work, and curious about MCP, tool use and automation.
• Good at prioritizing: you can cut scope, protect deadlines and keep a small team focused.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast cycles.

Nice to have

• Experience with fast-cycle Roblox genres such as simulators, tycoons and incremental or idle games.
• Experience building internal tools or automation pipelines for game development.
• Background in game design or Luau scripting.
• Experience managing small, distributed teams or freelancers.

What we offer

• Real ownership: you shape the pipeline, the stack and the game roadmap.
• A fast environment with no committees, where your tools go into production quickly.
• Competitive pay plus performance-based upside tied to game results. (add your numbers)
• Budget for tools, APIs and compute.

About us

We build and grow consumer utility apps monetized through subscriptions. Paid acquisition is our main growth engine, and we run it on our own tooling: internal analytics, custom MCP servers, and automation layers on top of ad platforms and app store data.

The mission

Polish a system that can launch and scale any app vertical 99% automated: creatives, campaign setup, budget allocation, optimization, reporting, and decisions about what to kill or scale. Humans set direction and handle the exceptions. Software does everything else.

You’ll be the person who makes that real.

What you’ll do

• Design and build the marketing automation stack end to end: campaign management, creative production and testing loops, bidding and budget logic, and anomaly detection.
• Develop and maintain our internal analytics: cohort LTV, payback, retention and subscription metrics, and unit economics per app, channel and creative.
• Extend our MCP servers and agent workflows so that AI can operate ad accounts, read performance data and act on it safely.
• Remove bottlenecks. Wherever a person is doing repetitive work, such as buying, reporting or creative iteration, turn it into a tool.
• Run experiments constantly: new channels, new approaches, new automation ideas. Kill the losers fast and scale the winners.
• Work with media buyers and app developers so tools fit how the team actually works. Over time, raise the amount of spend each buyer can manage.
• Define the playbook for launching a new vertical, then productize it.

Run and grow the live campaigns

You’ll take ownership of our current live campaigns from day one and keep growth moving while you build the automation.

• Monitor performance of live campaigns daily: spend, CPI, trial-to-paid, ROAS and payback by app, channel and creative.
• Make scale, hold or kill decisions on campaigns and creatives, and keep spend growing without letting unit economics slip.
• Keep media buyers supported and unblocked, and review their results.
• Make sure nothing breaks while you automate: tracking, attribution, ad account health, and budgets pacing correctly.

Who you are

• Proactive. You don’t wait for tasks. You spot the bottleneck, build the fix and show the result.
• Hands-on experience with performance marketing for mobile apps (Meta, Google, TikTok, or similar) and a real understanding of how traffic turns into profit.
• Fluent in subscription metrics: trial-to-paid, churn, LTV, ROAS, payback.
• Already using LLMs and agents in your work, and curious about MCP, tool use and agentic workflows.
• Comfortable with ambiguity. You can take a vague goal like “automate this” and turn it into a working system.
• Able to explain trade-offs clearly to non-engineers.
• Experience with MMPs and attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Appsflyer, Singular), SKAN and subscription analytics (RevenueCat/AppHud).

Nice to have

• Prior work building internal tools at a performance-marketing or app studio.
• Experience with creative automation, such as generative video and image pipelines.
• Experience scaling a team or a function from zero.

What we offer

• Real ownership: you shape the system, the stack and the roadmap.
• A fast environment with no committees, where your tools go into production quickly.
• Competitive pay plus performance-based upside tied to growth.
• Budget for tools, APIs and compute.
• Office visits are mandatory.
