About the role

We are looking for a Finance Generalist to take full ownership of the finance function, building and running it as a true business partner to leadership, delivery, and sales. The role covers the full spectrum: financial planning, project economics, invoicing, payroll, reporting, and compliance. You will have real influence over how financial processes are structured and how financial data shapes business decisions.
 

What you’ll be doing

• Own the company's financial planning cycle: annual budgeting, monthly reforecasting, and revenue, cost, and margin projections at the client level
• Manage the full billing process: from contract review and billing model setup to invoice issuance, accounts receivable tracking, and payment reconciliation

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, Finance, Economics or a related field
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Experience with data analysis and data quality assessment
• Understanding of data structures and data modelling basics
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• English — B1 (Intermediate) or higher

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Data Governance / Data Quality initiatives (knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK, BCBS 239 is a plus)
• Experience with data catalog or metadata management tools
• Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM), data lineage and data stewardship practices
• Understanding of the data products concept, including data-as-a-product principles and basic lifecycle management
• Understanding of data warehousing, analytical data platforms and ETL processes
• Python for data analysis
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau or similar)

Твої майбутні обов’язки: 

• Аналіз даних у різних вихідних системах за допомогою SQL
• Виявлення та дослідження проблем якості даних
• Визначення та документування визначень бізнес-даних (бізнес-глосарій) та визначення критичних елементів даних (CDE)
• Підтримка впровадження правил та контролю якості даних
• Документування походження даних, потоків даних та метаданих у різних системах та на різних платформах даних
• Співпраця з бізнес-зацікавленими сторонами (власниками даних / розпорядниками даних), ІТ-командами та аналітичними командами для уточнення визначень даних, вимог та покращення практики управління даними
• Підтримка заповнення та підтримки каталогу даних, а також поточного управління метаданими

Твій досвід та навички:

• 3+ роки досвіду роботи аналітиком даних, аналітиком управління даними або аналогічною посадою
• Ступінь бакалавра/магістра в галузі інформаційних систем, комп’ютерних наук, управління даними, фінансів, економіки або суміжної галузі
• Сильні навички SQL та досвід роботи з великими наборами даних
• Досвід аналізу даних та оцінки якості даних
• Розуміння структур даних та основ моделювання даних
• Сильні аналітичні та комунікативні навички
• Англійська мова — B1 (середній рівень) або вище
