The Opportunity

As a Customer Support Manager, you will be the bridge between our clients, product, and engineering teams.

You will help customers effectively use our platform, resolve technical and operational issues, and contribute to continuous product improvement through structured feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support

• Provide technical support across all company products (admin panel, mobile application, self-service kiosks)
• Assist clients with system setup and configuration
• Consult customers on platform functionality and best practices
• Process and manage client requests via multiple communication channels (chat, email, phone)

Technical Coordination

• Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical issues and incidents
• Escalate and structure bug reports and feature requests
• Participate in testing new features when required

Knowledge & Process Improvement

• Contribute to improving internal documentation and knowledge base
• Assist in creating training materials for clients
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements

Position Overview

The Casino Customer Support Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of the Customer Support team. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement of support processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Supervision & Operations

• Oversee daily customer support operations (live chat, email).

3. Quality Assurance

About the Role
 

Our Customer Support team is the first point of contact for merchants and partners across the globe, delivering fast, thoughtful support when it matters most. They are the voice of our customers, working hand-in-hand with product and engineering teams to enhance experiences and keep exceptional service at the core of everything we do.
 

We’re looking for a Customer Support Agent who takes ownership of customer issues, goes the extra mile to find solutions, and helps shape the way we support our customers every day.
 

Working with us, you’ll have:

What you’ll be doing

• handling incoming L1 support requests;
• ensuring SLA compliance and timely communication;

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, either completed or underway;
• strong analytical skills;

• 3 evening shifts (15:30–00:00) — 2 days off;

The successful candidate will join the IT Application Support team and work closely with colleagues to manage business‑critical incidents, drive timely resolutions, and support continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with internal IT teams and external providers.

Position overview

Our client is looking for an Application Support Analyst who will be responsible for managing incidents across multiple applications. The primary goal of this role is to restore normal service operations quickly while minimising business disruption, investigating root causes, and implementing durable fixes.

You will also support change initiatives aligned with Change Management practices and proactively enhance support capabilities through automation, monitoring improvements, trend analysis, and knowledge sharing.

Support is provided within an 8 AM – 6 PM window on a shift basis (UK time), with variable start times (8, 9, or 10 AM) to complete an 8‑hour workday. Out‑of‑hours on‑call support is required on a rotational basis approximately once every 4–5 weeks (covering the full work week and weekend).

Responsibilities

• Ensure team services meet client requirements and SLAs.
• Support the management of business‑critical incidents, providing accurate status and impact updates to stakeholders.
• Investigate incidents and defects thoroughly while maintaining system and service integrity.
• Record and update incidents according to the Incident Management Matrix and SLAs, ensuring timely resolution and service restoration.

Requirements

• Recent experience with InterSystems Caché and ObjectScript, including coding and debugging.
• Familiarity with SQL for investigation, reporting, and remediation activities.
• Experience with software transition and release management, QA/UAT support, and disaster‑recovery planning.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation, use cases, and activity diagrams.
• Good spoken English.
• End‑to‑end support experience, including incident and problem management, trend analysis, and post‑incident reviews.

• Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical qualification.
• IMC or similar certifications demonstrating knowledge of the investment management domain.
• Experience working in investment management firms with an understanding of investment operations.
