We’re looking for a proactive Customer Support Specialist who wants to do more than answer tickets — someone who’ll dig into hard problems, help us shape AI automation, and contribute to the Help Center as a real product surface.

This is a hands-on role with room to grow. You’ll work directly with corporate brand managers and franchisee location operators — two very different user profiles with very different technical fluency — and you’ll have real ownership of how we make support better, not just faster.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Support Operations

• Resolve customer inquiries via email, in-app chat, and occasional Zoom calls, owning tickets end-to-end
• Troubleshoot issues across social publishing, listings, reviews, and analytics
• Manage your own ticket queue against SLA targets
• Handle escalations — both taking them from teammates and escalating to Product or Engineering when the issue calls for it
• Step into shift coordination, queue triage, or peer support when the team needs it

• Support the full range of users — from non-technical franchisees to enterprise corporate marketing teams

   

AI & Automation

• Use AI tools day-to-day to draft replies, summarize tickets, and speed up resolution
• Spot repetitive ticket patterns and propose automations that reduce them
• Help us tune AI-powered support workflows in Intercom (auto-replies, knowledge retrieval, routing) — experience deploying these in production is a plus, but willingness to learn and improve them matters more

• Pay attention to what’s working in our automations and what isn’t, and feed that back to the team

   

Knowledge & Help Center

• Contribute to the Help Center: write new articles, update outdated ones, and structure content so it works well for both customers and our AI agents

• Care about documentation quality — clear writing, accurate steps, kept up to date as the product changes

   

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

• Keep an eye on your own CSAT, first response time, and resolution time, and look for ways to improve them
• Spot product friction patterns from your ticket work and share them with Product and Engineering, ideally backed by examples and data

Who You Are

• 1+ years in B2B SaaS customer support (or strong adjacent experience — technical support, customer success ops, technical account management)
• Confident, daily user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for work — drafting, summarizing, debugging
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered support automation (auto-replies, RAG, agentic workflows, automated routing) is a plus
• Familiarity with Intercom is a plus; Kibana and Mixpanel are nice-to-have
• B2/C1 written and spoken English
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical users

Team in UA is looking for a Support Shift Lead to lead a shift for our on-shift technical support team. This role is for a team supporting one of Team in UA's clients, DSC Video. Key Responsibilities:

• Support existing and prospective customers by providing timely and accurate information about B2BSoft products

• Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions

• Respond to support queries via phone, chat, and email

• Assist customers with software and hardware configurations, billing, and merchant services–related requests

• Maintain clear and detailed documentation of all service inquiries.

Responsibilities: 

You are responsible for providing operational and administrative support to our OEM partners with regard to the processing of clinical cases. You handle the flow of incoming cases, and follow-up on the timing and on-time delivery of cases. 

• You independently manage daily external and internal requests, covering both technical and administrative aspects of clinical cases for a diverse portfolio of products and partners. 
• You handle the flow of incoming medical cases and start the operational processing of these. 
• You receive the incoming medical images for new cases, and get them ready for processing. You follow-up with the partners on rejected images. 
• You follow-up on the processing of cases assuring all cases are processed, produced and shipped to the customer within the agreed timelines. You reach out to the different stakeholders in case of delays or issues with the flow and intervene when timings are/need to be changed. 
• You provide information within an acceptable time frame for the business relations, to partners and customers with regard to the case management flow and process. 
• Detect and escalate recurring problems on the operational side 
• Participate in the integration of CuSe operations of new partners and/or products  

Requirements: 

• You have an experience working with external customers 
• You have a bachelor degree (Bio-science or Medical related education) 
• You have excellent communication and problem solving skills; 
• You have perfect communication skills (writing and speaking) in English; 
• You are willing to learn about software and technical terms

Your Mission

As a VIP Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for our most valued players — building strong personal connections, ensuring a best-in-class experience, and driving long-term loyalty. You’ll combine top-tier customer service with data-driven insights to create tailored journeys that maximize retention, lifetime value, and overall player satisfaction.
 

 🔸 Your tasks will be:

• build and maintain strong personal relationships with VIP players via phone, chat, email, and messengers (Telegram/WhatsApp);
• create and manage personalized VIP journeys, from onboarding to retention and growth;
• use predictive analytics to identify key triggers (churn, win/loss patterns, LTV growth) and act proactively;
• design and manage exclusive bonus schemes, promotions, and tailored offers — always focusing on ROI;
• provide concierge-level support for VIP clients, ensuring quick resolutions and premium service;
• collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Payments) to deliver the best possible VIP experience;
• contribute to retention strategies and loyalty policies that keep players engaged;
• report on VIP performance, KPIs, and ROI while identifying new growth opportunities.
   

🔸 You are definitely right for us if you have:

• 1+ years of experience in the iGaming niche as an Account Manager or VIP Manager;
• deep understanding of player motivation, customer retention strategies, and KPIs in the iGaming niche;
• C1 level of English;
• Experience with CRM systems and communication platforms (e.g., Telegram, WhatsApp, email, LiveChat, Zendesk);
• Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a proactive approach;
• Ability to balance player satisfaction and business profitability.
   

🔸 Will be a plus:

• knowledge of additional languages, such as German or Greek, is a big plus;
• experience working with high-value players (€5k+);
• ability to work with Tableau or similar systems such as SuperSet.
