Our focus is on developing robust solutions that enhance UAV autonomy and reliability, facilitating operations in environments where traditional GPS may be compromised. We are looking for an embedded software engineer to own the platform layer of our onboard computing: the Linux images our navigation software ships on, the provisioning and secure boot chain that protects it in the field, and the tooling that turns a bare Raspberry Pi Compute Module into a flight-ready device. Our team is small and cross-functional. You will work close to the hardware and close to the people writing the algorithms that run on it, with real ownership of the platform from the first week.

MUST HAVE SKILLS

• 3+ years of commercial experience with embedded Linux (for the Senior level; from 2 years for Middle)

• Strong Linux internals: boot flow, initramfs, systemd, journald, udev, device tree and overlays, kernel modules

Key Responsibilities::

• Support the CEO with administrative tasks;
• Assist with recruitment processes;
• Coordinate business trips (booking tickets, hotels, and transfers);
• Communicate with vendors;
• Ensure the office has everything it needs;
• Help organize corporate events.
   

Requirements:

• English proficiency - at least B1 level (comfortable for written and verbal communication with the CEO);
• At least 6 months of experience in a similar or related position;
• Experience working at an IT company is a plus;

• Organizational skills, the ability to quickly find information, and a sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Effective team leadership and help the logistics team (10 people) to motivate, direct, and advise in daily tasks and issues
• Ensure team members have the necessary trainings to perform their jobs
• Promote collaboration and remove obstacles to teamwork
• Utilize existing metrics and propose changes or new ones to ensure proper control of the logistics activity
• Record keeping
• Participate in staff training and evaluation to ensure a high level of customer service
• Keep abreast of market conditions
• Achieve business results for key performance indicators and other organizational objectives
• Manage all communications in compliance with business policies — Identify, monitor, and resolve customer complaints (involve other department’s team leaders if needed)
• Organize and supervise team activities
• Identify process improvement opportunities within the area of ​​responsibility
• Be available after hours or on weekends to provide operational support and guidance to the team (be the first point of contact for your team)
• Provide daily staffing, rotation and scheduling direction and decisions, including coverage for breaks, lunches
• Identify issues or gaps and implement structured solutions

Requirements:

• Good communication level English, Ukrainian, Russian MUST HAVE
• Must be able to read, count accurately, do simple math (add / subtract / multiply) and write legibly
• Excellent customer service orientation; an effective problem solver and communicator with customers and team members
• Able to perform data analysis and generate various reports as needed
• Strong interpersonal & Team building skills
• Project Management and audit experience will be seen as an advantage
• You are flexible, hardworking and work well under pressure
• Minimum of 1−2 years supervisory / leadership experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Expedite
• Must have demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Confident level of using Excel Sheets for running reports
• Must be able to shift priorities as required
• Prepare routine reports and correspondence
• Demonstrate yourself as an example to the team of hardworking and top results
