REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with cold calls and email outreach.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to identify potential clients and reach decision-makers.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
• Sales-driven mindset and motivation to earn through commissions.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales documentation is a plus.
• Location — Kyiv (hybrid)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Independently identify and acquire new clients through cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other channels.
• Identify target companies and find relevant decision-makers.
• Initiate contact, present the company’s services, and identify potential clients’ needs.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
• Conduct follow-up communications and maintain contact with prospects.
• Hand over qualified leads to Account Managers.
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
• Analyze client acquisition performance and meet established KPIs.
