Job Description

As an IT Support Engineer, you'll provide hands-on IT support and manage IT operations for our employees across various locations. You’ll play a key role in maintaining IT systems, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes. In your day-to-day, you will:  
 

• Provide professional IT support to employees locally in Kyiv and remotely across different locations

Опис вакансії:

Компанія OSTCHEM шукає Customer Support Manager, який буде відповідати за технічний супровід співробітників компанії по питаннях роботи внутрішніх сервісів. Ми активно впроваджуємо ІТ-рішення на сучасних комерційних платформах, таких як Creatio та Oracle, а також розробляємо індивідуальні рішення. Ваша основна роль — це оперативне вирішення технічних питань користувачів на рівні Level 1 та реєстрація звернень через внутрішній портал, побудований на базі Low Code/No Code платформи Creatio.

Основні обов'язки:

• Надання технічної підтримки співробітникам компанії з питань роботи внутрішніх програмних продуктів.
• Самостійне вирішення типових технічних проблем користування програмними продуктами.
• Реєстрація та моніторинг звернень користувачів через внутрішній портал на платформі Creatio.
• Формулювання чітких завдань для подальшого вирішення проблем рівнем вище (Level 2, Level 3).
• Співпраця з командами розробників і технічних спеціалістів для вирішення складніших питань.
• Проведення навчальних сесій та створення документації для користувачів для зниження кількості технічних запитів.
• Забезпечення належного рівня обслуговування, відстеження задоволеності користувачів.
• Постійне вдосконалення процесу надання технічної підтримки, аналіз зворотного зв’язку для підвищення ефективності.

Вимоги:

• Досвід роботи на посаді Customer Support Manager або технічного спеціаліста (від 1 року).
• Комерційний досвід роботи з ITSM системами (управління інцидентами та запитами користувачів).
• Знання платформ Low Code/No Code, зокрема Creatio, буде перевагою.
• Досвід надання технічної підтримки користувачам на рівні Level 1, здатність вирішувати типові питання.
• Знання методології ITIL буде перевагою.
• Вміння чітко формулювати задачі для подальшої передачі на Level 2 та Level 3.
• Комунікабельність, вміння працювати в команді, орієнтованість на результат.

Ваша місія на цій ролі:

• Бути першою лінією експертності: Надавати функціональну підтримку користувачам, пояснювати логіку роботи системи та допомагати клієнтам використовувати продукт на повну.
• Розплутувати інциденти: Аналізувати складні кейси, відтворювати помилки та знаходити шляхи їх розв'язання.
• Працювати з даними: Використовувати PL/SQL для перевірки коректності роботи системи та аналізу даних у БД Oracle.
• Створювати інструкції: Оновлювати технічну документацію та працювати з друкованими формами (чеки, накладні, етикетки), щоб вони виглядали та працювали ідеально.
• Бути частиною команди: Тісно співпрацювати з аналітиками та PM-ами, передаючи їм найскладніші виклики, які потребують змін у коді чи архітектурі.

• WMS — для вас зрозуміла система: Ви вже працювали з Qguar WMS Pro або аналогічними рішеннями (як key user, консультант або техпідтримка).
• Складська логістика — не порожній звук: Ви розумієте, що таке приймання, відвантаження та інвентаризація.
• SQL — ваш інструмент: Ви володієте базовими знаннями PL/SQL (можете написати запит, щоб знайти потрібну інформацію в базі).
• Ви — емпатичний технар: Вмієте чітко та спокійно спілкуватися з клієнтами, перекладаючи складні терміни зрозумілою мовою.
• Маєте бажання рости: Це ідеальна позиція для тих, хто хоче з часом вирости у системного аналітика чи консультанта з впровадження.
