Daily responsibilities:

The role

You will be one of the first engineering hire into the product team, reporting to our existing backend consultant and working directly with the founder. Your immediate focus is preparing the App Clip and user-facing dashboard for pilot deployment - refining the frontend to the specific workflow needs of each pilot client, then running a tight feedback loop with those clients to improve the scan experience and fix issues in real time.

Longer term, you will own the data collection user experience end-to-end, building the scan pipeline into a dataset that is clean, structured, and ready for the ML/CV engineer who joins in the next phase.

• Refine and harden the existing iOS App Clip (SLAM/LiDAR pipeline, point cloud capture, GLB output) for deployment

• Analyze, document, and systematize testing results, preparing detailed technical reports and recommendations as for both mechanical and control subsystems.
• Participate in the development, evaluation, and implementation of new technical solutions aimed at improving overall system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with the overall company`s teams to ensure efficient validation and integration of new features and improvements.
• Organize and conduct complex technical training, including repair and maintenance procedures and exercises for operators and technical personnel.
• Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of technical issues identified during testing and operation.

Qualifications:

• Technical education in mechatronics, electronics, mechanics, or related fields as well as background in robotics will be a plus.
• Strong experience in developing testing methodologies and validation processes for complex both mechanical and control systems is a mast.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering principles and experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical circuit faults is a must.
• Experience in technical documentation creating, structured analysis, and reporting of test results.
• Proven experience in organizing and conducting of technical trainings for direct users.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience of teams managing and coordinating personnel in multitask environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for business trips across Ukraine.
• Both driver’s license and driving experience on a mechanical gearbox are mandatory.

We are looking for a  DevSecOps Engineer to join our team and help maintain and improve a secure cloud infrastructure on AWS. Our applications run on Kubernetes (EKS), Cloudflare is used for edge protection, and Wazuh serves as our SIEM / HIDS platform.
 

This role is suited for an engineer with hands-on experience who will work within an existing architecture and established best practices, rather than owning the full system design.

Requirements:
AWS / Cloud

• 2+ years of commercial experience with AWS;
• Hands-on experience with EKS or other managed Kubernetes platforms;
• Basic understanding of IAM, VPC, Security Groups, and CloudWatch.

Kubernetes / Containers

• Experience with Kubernetes (deployments, services, ingress);
• Understanding of Kubernetes RBAC (ability to apply and maintain existing policies);
• Experience with Docker (building and running containers).

Security / Monitoring

• Experience with Wazuh or other SIEM / security monitoring solutions;
• Understanding of logging, alerting, and basic HIDS principles;
• Hands-on experience with Cloudflare (DNS, basic WAF configuration).

DevOps / Automation

• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions);
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform;
• Bash or Python for basic automation tasks.

Networking

• Understanding of HTTP/S, DNS, and TLS;
• Basic knowledge of cloud networking concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines with integrated security checks;
• Support and operate Kubernetes clusters (AWS EKS);
• Configure and maintain Wazuh (agents, basic rules, alerts, dashboards);
• Support and optimize Cloudflare services (DNS, basic WAF rules, rate limiting);
• Deploy and update infrastructure using IaC (Terraform / CloudFormation);
• Manage access controls (AWS IAM, Kubernetes RBAC);
• Monitor logs and security alerts and participate in incident response;
• Apply basic hardening practices for containers and EKS nodes;
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure application deployments;
• Configure infrastructure according to CIS benchmarks.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with security scanning tools (Burp, Snyk, kube-bench);
• Familiarity with AWS Security Hub or GuardDuty;
• Basic understanding of Zero Trust principles;
• Experience with multi-account AWS environments;
• Exposure to security policies or compliance controls;
