24Play is a Ukrainian GameDev company developing and publishing mobile games since 2019. We’ve launched dozens of titles and reached 100M+ players worldwide. We also provide art, development, and full-cycle production services for global studios, partnering with Ubisoft, Papaya, SayGames, Estoty, Supersonic, and others.

We’re growing and looking for a hands-on HR Manager to join our Kyiv office near Beresteyska.

You’ll support a designated group of employees throughout their journey at 24Play, becoming their go-to person for HR matters. You’ll have ownership of day-to-day HR processes, support during your onboarding, and room to turn your ideas into improvements for our people.
 

What You’ll Do

• Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, adaptation, probation tracking and offboarding.
• Help employees navigate everyday HR questions, internal policies, vacation, sick leave, and time-off requests.
• Reinforce our company values through fair, consistent HR practices and clear internal communications.
• Develop and implement initiatives that improve employee experience, engagement, and HR processes.
• Analyze employee feedback and key HR metrics, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements aligned with the company’s values and goals.
• Keep HR policies and process documentation clear, accessible, and up to date.
• Coordinate team events and recognition activities, including birthday and work anniversary celebrations.
   

What You’ll Bring

• At least 1 year of HR experience, including independently managing HR processes and supporting employee onboarding.
• Practical experience implementing HR initiatives, with examples of your ideas, actions, and results.
• Experience communicating company values and applying them in everyday interactions with employees.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle sensitive conversations fairly and confidentially.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English at B1+ level.
• Confidence using Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack, and similar workplace tools.
• Experience with employee grading systems would be a plus.
