We need a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with our largest customers — deploying, customizing, and scaling Cargofy AI platform inside their operations. You are the technical bridge between our product and the real world of freight logistics.

What You Will Do

• Deploy and configure Cargofy for enterprise customers — remotely or on-site at their operations centers
• Build custom integrations with customer systems: ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Odoo), TMS platforms (MercuryGate, TMW, McLeod), ELD providers, and load boards
• Translate complex logistics workflows into platform configurations, automations, and AI agent setups
• Debug production issues in real-time — when a carrier dispatch system goes down at 2am, you ensure Cargofy keeps their freight moving
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to feed real customer needs back into the roadmap
• Build reusable tooling, scripts, and deployment playbooks to accelerate future customer launches

Who You Are

• 3-7+ years as a software engineer, solutions engineer, or technical consultant
• Strong in at least one of: PHP/Laravel, Python, Node.js, or Vue.js
• Comfortable with APIs, databases, webhooks, and system integrations
• Experience with ERP or logistics systems (Odoo, SAP, TMS platforms) is a strong plus
• Excellent communicator — you can talk to both senior engineers and logistics operators on a warehouse floor

Key responsibilities in your new role

In this role, you will be part of a team that develops system prototypes for the company’s cutting-edge products by converting ASIC RTL designs to FPGA implementations.
 

• Write and import test benches for the FPGA, run joint debug sessions with the verification team to ensure design functionality is preserved during ASIC to FPGA conversion
• Review test firmware in C and support the firmware team with test bench debugging
• Develop custom hardware companion boards and daughtercards for off-the-shelf FPGA boards and kits
• Debug hardware, logic, and module configuration issues
• Develop custom logic blocks to mimic ASIC functionality not feasible in FPGA such as ADC, DAC, and mixed-signal peripherals

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
 

• A university degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in embedded and at least 1 year of experience in digital design using FPGA
• Hands-on experience with lab debug equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers
• Experience with verification methodologies, VHDL and Verilog; and RTL and gate level simulations (e.g. Mentor QuestaSim) and debug tools
• Hands-on with firmware debugging tools such as Keil uLink2 and IAR J-Link
• Knowledge of schematic entry CAD (Allegro, Altium, KiCad) would be a plus
• Fluency in English

As a DevOps, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our network of IoT devices and Linux server infrastructure. Your expertise will be crucial in planning, provisioning, implementing automation, and safeguarding the security and performance of our systems.

Responsibilities:

Perform Linux system administration tasks, including server setup, configuration, and maintenance.

Monitor server performance, resource utilization, and troubleshoot potential issues to ensure optimal operation.

Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash or Python to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.

Collaborate with the development team to set up and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for software deployment and testing.

Manage network configurations, interfaces, and routing to maintain seamless connectivity.

Set up and maintain monitoring and log analysis tools for proactive system monitoring and issue detection.

Implement backup strategies and disaster recovery plans to safeguard data and ensure business continuity.

Collaborate with cloud infrastructure if applicable, and maintain a cohesive hybrid environment if required.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Linux and DevOps domain, incorporating relevant innovations into our infrastructure.

What do you need to join us:

About the Role

The Chief Designer holds ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity, reliability, and innovation of the rocket system — from concept through flight testing. This is a position for an engineering leader who combines deep technical expertise with the ability to manage a team and drive a complex project to completion.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical strategy and system architecture; approve key design decisions
• Lead conceptual and detailed design processes; coordinate subsystems (propulsion, avionics, structures)
• Drive adoption of innovative technologies and materials to improve performance and reduce costs
• Lead and mentor the engineering team: task allocation, quality control, and professional development
• Plan project schedules, manage technical risks, and report status to senior leadership
• Develop and approve ground, bench, and flight test programs, including success criteria
• Oversee subsystem integration, analyze test results, and make critical design decisions
• Ensure complete design and operational documentation; maintain compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

Requirements

• Higher technical degree in aerospace engineering, rocket engineering, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in the design and development of rocket or aerospace systems
• Strong knowledge of subsystem design principles: propulsion, avionics, and structural engineering
• Proven experience managing engineering teams and full-cycle technical projects
• Solid understanding of testing, validation, and certification processes for complex systems
• Willingness to travel: test range in Kyiv Oblast and production sites across Ukraine
