We are UG TEAM, working on a mobile project — UKRAINE GAMES.

Our focus includes:

• Game commerce (in-game shop, monetization systems)
• Clan features and social mechanics
• Building a large-scale open-world experience for mobile platforms

As part of our team, you will collaborate with talented engineers and directly influence the game’s development and technical direction.

🛠 Responsibilities

• Develop an open-world mobile game for iOS and Android using Unity
• Implement complex technical solutions
• Optimize game performance
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices
• Test the game on various devices
• Participate in technical system design
• Document developed systems and solutions

✅ Requirements

• Strong knowledge of C# and Unity
• 1.5+ years of commercial experience in mobile game development
• Experience with multiplayer systems (client-server architecture)
• Experience with Addressables and remote content
• Experience building UI in Unity
• Strong engineering mindset

• Experience with open-world games (mobile or PC)
• Understanding of genre-specific challenges
• Experience writing shaders
• Experience with vehicle and character physics
• Experience with Node.js
• Teamwork experience
