Our Platform stream acts as a backbone for product teams, handling the complexities of infrastructure, efficient technical solutions, and development frameworks. This allows product teams to concentrate on what they do best: developing and refining product features and experiences.

We are looking for a Lead DevOps / Observability Engineer to lead the migration of the client's observability stack from New Relic and Datadog to Grafana, using technologies such as Prometheus, Loki, and Tempo.

This is a hands-on role combining:
- DevOps & platform engineering - deploying and configuring the new observability stack using AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Application instrumentation - modifying application code to add or adapt metrics, logs, and traces.
- Migration & collaboration - rebuilding existing dashboards and alerts in Grafana and working with multiple engineering teams to ensure full monitoring coverage.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working across both infrastructure and application code and can independently drive a cross-team observability migration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration of monitoring, alerting, and dashboards from New Relic and Datadog to Grafana.
• Design and implement the target observability architecture (metrics, logs, traces) and the infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) needed to support it.
• Audit existing New Relic and Datadog dashboards, alerts, and integrations to build a complete migration inventory and ensure feature/coverage parity in Grafana.
• Make application-level code changes across services to add, adjust, or replace instrumentation (metrics exporters, logging, tracing libraries) as needed for the new stack.
• Work with AWS infrastructure, including EKS, Kubernetes, and Docker, to deploy and operate the new observability tooling.
• Configure AWS networking and access as needed to support the observability platform (VPCs, security groups, IAM).
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using GitHub Actions to support the rollout.
• Collaborate with development, platform, and infrastructure teams to coordinate the cutover from New Relic/Datadog to Grafana with minimal disruption.
• Identify and remediate any security issues (secrets, keys, dependencies) encountered in the course of this work.
• Document the new observability architecture, migration procedures, and dashboard/alert mappings.
• Use AI-assisted development tools, including Codex, to improve engineering productivity and delivery speed.

Requirements: 

• Strong hands-on experience with Grafana, including dashboard design, alerting, and data source configuration (e.g. Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, or similar).
• Practical experience migrating away from commercial observability platforms such as New Relic and/or Datadog.
• Full-stack development experience — comfortable reading, modifying, and instrumenting application code across front-end and back-end services, not just infrastructure.
• Solid experience with AWS in production environments, including EKS and Kubernetes.
• Practical experience with Docker and containerized workloads.
• Strong Terraform and infrastructure-as-code skills.
• Experience with GitHub Actions or comparable CI/CD tools.
• Ability to work across multiple teams, services, and codebases to coordinate a cross-cutting migration.
• Fluency with Codex or comparable AI-assisted coding tools.

Nica to have:

• Prior experience running a similar New Relic/Datadog-to-Grafana (or equivalent) observability migration end to end.

About the role

In this role, you'll take ownership of core treasury operations that are essential to the smooth running of a global business. You'll work across banking, KYC, liquidity support, and treasury administration, while also acting as a reliable backup across broader treasury activities. Beyond day-to-day treasury operations, you'll have the opportunity to lead and implement automation and AI initiatives that improve the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of treasury processes. Key Responsibilities

Banking and treasury operations

• Manage relationships with banking partners across multiple jurisdictions
• Support bank onboarding, account opening, account maintenance, and related documentation
• Coordinate KYC and other compliance requirements with financial institutions
• Administer banking platforms, including user access, signatories, and security controls

Cash and liquidity management

• Monitor daily cash positions across the group
• Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
• Help ensure efficient allocation of funds across entities and markets
• Partner with internal teams on cash planning and payment-related activities

Investments, FX, and reporting

• Support short-term liquidity placements in line with treasury policies
• Assist with monitoring investment activity, performance, and reporting
• Support foreign exchange transactions and track currency exposures
• Prepare treasury reports for management and key stakeholders, including cash position, liquidity, and forecast reporting

Systems, controls, and process improvement

• Help administer and improve the Treasury Management System
• Ensure bank connectivity, user management, and data quality are maintained
• Support internal and external audit requests related to treasury activity
• Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, strengthen controls, and increase automation

Required skills:

Must have:

• 3+ years of experience in treasury or a closely related finance function
• Hands-on experience with banking operations, cash management, and cash flow forecasting
• Experience managing KYC, bank documentation, and bank relationship support
• Understanding of payment flows, approval processes, ERP-driven finance operations, and treasury controls.
• Identify and lead opportunities to improve treasury processes, strengthen controls, and implement automation and AI solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with financial data and reporting
• Ukrainian fluency is mandatory and English proficiency B2 is essential.

• Experience in an international or multi-entity business

We’re looking for someone who can turn separate security activities into a coherent company-wide function: setting priorities, creating clear accountability, and helping teams make secure decisions without slowing the business down.
 

How will you work?
 

This is our only dedicated security role today. You will report directly to the CTO and have the autonomy to shape how security operates across the company.
 

You will partner with IT Infrastructure, Core Platform, and teams driving AI adoption. Your role is not to execute every security task alone, but to set risk-based priorities, establish clear ownership, align teams, and ensure the most important risks are addressed.
 

You will build on an existing foundation across Google Workspace, GCP, and GitLab SecOps, turning existing tools and practices into a coherent and scalable security system.
 

What will you own?
 

Corporate Security. Your primary focus from day one:

• Own and continuously improve the company’s corporate security posture across identity, access, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and employee security.
• Identify and prioritize the most important risks, balancing security needs with business impact.
• Strengthen incident detection, response, awareness, and operational readiness.
• Turn existing tools and initiatives into a coherent, repeatable security system.
   

Product Security. As you grow into the role:

• Partner with Core Platform and Engineering to integrate security into how products are designed, built, released, and monitored.
• Establish a clear approach to vulnerability management and security risks in code, dependencies, infrastructure, and critical product changes.
• Introduce practical controls that improve security without creating unnecessary delivery bottlenecks.
   

AI Security. As our AI transformation develops, you will:

• Define practical guardrails for using AI tools and building AI-enabled capabilities safely.
• Address risks related to sensitive data, access, third-party AI providers, and AI-enabled product features.
• Help teams understand what is allowed, what is restricted, and when security involvement is required.
• Enable fast AI adoption while keeping security built in by design.
   

Security ownership and visibility. Across all three areas:

• Maintain a company-wide view of security risks, priorities, owners, and progress.
• Coordinate security incidents and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Communicate risks and trade-offs clearly to Engineering, Operations, and company leadership.
• Use automation and AI to make security operations more scalable and effective.

OnRise (part of AdConnect) is a high-growth marketing unit operating as an internal premium performance agency.
