This is not a traditional automation role focused only on implementation. You will shape the engagement model, establish scalable testing processes, define AI-driven quality engineering principles, and evolve a reusable Playwright + TypeScript framework used across multiple client environments.

Responsibilities:

Process & Solution Establishment

• Define and evolve the engagement model for AI-native test automation initiatives
• Adapt and extend the universal rule and skill system for different client environments

• Drive framework standardization while balancing project-specific requirements

Analytical Review & AI Output Validation

• Review AI-generated outputs, including code, architecture decisions, reports, rules, and testing artifacts

AI-Augmented Testing Operations

Test Automation Architecture

• Own and evolve a scalable Playwright + TypeScript automation framework

• Support portability and scalability of the framework across multiple engagements

Requirements:

ОБОВ’ЯЗКИ:

• Розробляти детальні плани проєктів у співпраці з engineering leadership, включаючи планування ресурсів та бюджету
• Координувати, відстежувати та забезпечувати виконання технічних проєктів, що охоплюють кілька команд (engineering, product, threat intelligence, detection, customer success)
• Проводити всі Scrum-церемонії та Agile-події для підтримки продуктивності та згуртованості команд
• Забезпечувати виконання проєктів відповідно до обсягу, графіку, бюджету та стандартів якості
• Планувати, управляти та контролювати виконання проєктів; забезпечувати своєчасну реалізацію в межах затверджених бюджетів
• Проводити аналіз ризиків проєкту, проактивно відстежувати та повідомляти про ризики стейкхолдерам і клієнтам
• Створювати та підтримувати прозору, зрозумілу документацію та звіти по проєкту
• Запроваджувати та постійно вдосконалювати найкращі практики управління проєктами, включаючи інструменти, шаблони та правила взаємодії
• Впроваджувати зміни та підвищувати ефективність у співпраці з внутрішніми та зовнішніми партнерами
• Бути ресурсним і people-менеджером: брати участь у плануванні найму з Recruiting, підтримувати onboarding та забезпечувати професійний розвиток членів команди
• Проводити безперервні покращення в межах Competence Center, брати участь у діяльності PMO та тренінгах для PM, а також ділитися уроками, отриманими з досвіду, та найкращими практиками для підвищення ефективності життєвого циклу проєкту
• Сприяти вдосконаленню життєвого циклу проєкту через lessons learned та обмін best practices
