• обслуговування та підготовка бортів до польотів: збірка, перевірка технічного стану, калібрування сенсорів;
• налаштування польотних контролерів на базі ArduPilot та Betaflight: прошивка, конфігурація польотних режимів, failsafe, PID-тюнінг;
• написання та адаптація Lua-скриптів для автоматизації польотних функцій і тестових сценаріїв;
• налаштування наземних станцій керування (Mission Planner, QGroundControl);
• тестування систем зв'язку, відеопередачі, GPS, акумуляторів та телеметрії;
• участь у розробці та вдосконаленні методик льотних випробувань і чек-листів передпольотної підготовки.

Проведення льотних випробувань

• льотні випробування прототипів та серійних зразків БпЛА (FPV / літакового типу / мультироторних платформ) за програмами випробувань;
• огляд нових конструкцій, оцінка льотних характеристик, керованості та стабільності платформи;
• тестування нових версій польотних контролерів, прошивок, автопілота, систем зв'язку та корисного навантаження;
• контроль поведінки БпЛА під час випробувань і виявлення відхилень.

Аналіз результатів та вдосконалення виробу

• фіксація результатів польотів: ведення льотних журналів, збір телеметрії та логів, підготовка звітів про випробування;
• аналіз польотних логів для виявлення несправностей і причин нештатних ситуацій;
• структурований письмовий зворотний зв'язок інженерній команді щодо поведінки платформи, ергономіки керування та виявлених дефектів;
• ініціювання та обґрунтування пропозицій щодо змін конструкції, компонентної бази, налаштувань і прошивок за результатами випробувань;
• самостійне внесення покращень у межах своєї компетенції: тюнінг параметрів польотного контролера, доопрацювання Lua-скриптів, заміна та підбір компонентів, дрібні конструктивні доробки — з подальшою верифікацією в польоті;
• участь у вдосконаленні конструкцій, компонентів і процесів тестування.

Взаємодія з командою

Обов'язки

• Ведення кількох паралельних R&D-проєктів (hardware + software) у Notion.

We are looking for a Senior RF Engineer to take ownership of the radio communication subsystem across the full development cycle — from RF architecture and PCB design to embedded firmware, system integration, laboratory characterization, and field validation.

The role requires strong hands-on experience with RF hardware, antennas, embedded systems, digital communications, and communication links operating in complex and interference-heavy environments.

Scope of Expertise

RF Front End and Antennas

• RF circuit and PCB design, controlled impedance, and impedance matching.

About the Job

In this role, you will balance two key functions: providing hands-on local support for the UA office while acting as a core member of the central IT team — managing company-wide identity, endpoint security, ticketing workflows, and global asset inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own product positioning and messaging, translating complex technology into clear product value
• Lead Go-To-Market planning and execution for product launches and major updates
• Work with engineering, product, and operators to translate capabilities and operational needs into product strategy and messaging
• Create core product assets: product pages, presentations, technical materials, and sales collateral
• Analyze the market to inform product strategy and differentiation

Experience and skills we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in deep-tech, robotics, AI, hardware, or other complex technology products

We are seeking a highly capable engineer to help develop the next generation of navigation and guidance algorithms that will power future autonomous aircraft.

Our flagship product, SR10, enables unmanned aircraft to navigate using onboard sensors rather than satellite navigation signals. We are advancing the state of the art in visual-inertial navigation, passive localization, terrain-referenced navigation, and terminal guidance for autonomous systems.

What You’ll Work On

• Visual-Inertial Odometry (VIO) and state estimation
• Visual SLAM and map-based localization
• Sensor fusion and drift reduction
• Terrain-referenced navigation and map matching
• Passive localization in GPS-denied environments
• Precision terminal guidance and target localization
• Multi-sensor fusion using cameras, IMUs, and other onboard sensors

Responsibilities

• Design and implement navigation, localization, and guidance algorithms for autonomous aerial systems.
• Develop and improve state estimation pipelines using visual and inertial sensor data.
• Research novel approaches to passive navigation and precision guidance.
• Evaluate algorithm performance using simulation, recorded flight data, and live flight testing.
• Optimize algorithms for real-time operation on embedded systems.
• Collaborate with flight-control, embedded, and hardware engineers to deploy autonomy capabilities in operational environments.
• Contribute to government-funded research efforts and transition successful technologies into production systems.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
• Strong software development skills in C++.
• Strong foundation in estimation theory, state-space systems, probability, and applied mathematics.
• Experience with one or more of the following:
  • Visual-Inertial Odometry (VIO)

• Experience with Kalman Filters, Extended Kalman Filters (EKF), Unscented Kalman Filters (UKF), factor graph optimization, bundle adjustment, or related estimation frameworks.
• Experience with OpenCV, Eigen, GTSAM, Ceres Solver, ROS, ROS2, PX4, ArduPilot, or similar tools.
• Experience developing software for autonomous drones, autonomous vehicles, robotics platforms, aerospace systems, or AR/VR localization systems.
