Mission

Every month, drones injure and kill thousands of Ukrainians. We build point-defence systems to stop that. Our first product is a hand-launched micro-missile designed to intercept small drones at close range. It is small enough to carry three in a vest and cheap enough for mass deployment. The goal is to change the battlefield in Ukraine through high-volume production, then deliver proven systems to NATO.
 

Role summary

We are hiring a founding firmware and controls engineer. You will be responsible for the flight control algorithms and the control firmware that gets the missile on target.

This role is based in Kyiv, full time. You will work directly with the Ukrainian military and scale production using front-line feedback. You will not operate near front-line areas and you will work from Ukraine only while the security situation remains stable.
 

What you will do

• Refine, implement in firmware and test control algorithms in live fire tests
• Develop detonation and safety logic
• Guide flight controller development and integrate sensors
• Guide the design of aerodynamic surfaces
• Use simulation selectively where it accelerates learning, but prioritise real-world testing
• Integrate seeker and flight controls
   

Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience building firmware and implementing control algorithms on physical systems

Track record

We have contracts with two NATO ministries of defence. In four months, we went from concept to a robust missile prototype that is smaller and cheaper than anything comparable, can be fired with one hand and reliably intercepts FPV drones.
 

Recent work includes

• Working with the Ukrainian armed forces to go from pre-idea to warhead design, production and live-fire testing in 24 hours
• Car-mounted missile testing at 200 km/h
• Building an air cannon in two days, then destructively testing 50 missiles to diagnose a hardware issue
• Six launches in a single day, with design iterations between each launch

Not a classic PM role. We need an engineer who grew into managing delivery: reads code, drafts baseline architecture himself, talks to CV/embedded engineers as a peer. Focus - technical delivery.

We are looking for a Field Applications Engineer with a strong embedded systems background who can operate comfortably across customer-facing technical sales, technical communications, and hands-on engineering support.

This role is ideal for someone who can bridge engineering depth with clear customer communication and help articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

We are looking for a FPV drone tester with experience with FPV quadcopters piloting and maintenance. You will verify correctness of autonomous drone control and integrate guidance computer into client’s drones.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Testing our autonomous solutions on testfield with manual control takeover in case of failure
• Maintaining our drones in flyable state
• Integrating our companion computer into client’s drones (i.e. verifying hardware connections as well as configuring internal parameters). It will require 2 days business travels during weekdays.

• Piloting quadrocopter in FPV and visual view (AltHold and Stabilized modes, Acro)

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and engineering teams to define enterprise data requirements.
• Contribute to enterprise data models and integration requirements across corporate information systems.
• Prepare governance documentation, methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure Data Governance principles are embedded into the implementation of new enterprise systems and digital services.
• Build, lead, mentor, and develop the Data Governance team while driving collaboration across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, or related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience implementing or improving Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, or Metadata Management initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Data Governance principles, data lifecycle management, and enterprise data architecture.
• Experience developing enterprise policies, standards, governance frameworks, or methodological documentation.
• Experience collaborating with business and technology teams to define and implement enterprise data requirements.
• Understanding of enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, BI, Data Warehouse, or similar systems.
• Experience leading teams or coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.

We are looking for an ERP Developer (.NET) to help develop, maintain, and enhance our corporate ERP platform, automate business processes, build system integrations, and ensure the stable operation of mission-critical enterprise services.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve the corporate ERP system according to business needs.
• Analyze business requirements and participate in solution design and technical implementation.
• Configure and support business processes, workflows, documents, directories, reports, and approval routes.
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, databases, file exchange, and other integration mechanisms.
• Work with relational databases, write and optimize SQL queries, validate data integrity, and troubleshoot data issues.
• Participate in testing, release management, incident investigation, bug fixing, and production support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented features, integrations, configurations, and data processing logic.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience working with ERP or enterprise information systems.
• Experience analyzing business requirements and configuring business processes, workflows, documents, reports, or approval routes.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases.
• Understanding of system integration principles and experience with APIs or other data exchange mechanisms.
• Basic knowledge of C#/.NET or another backend technology is a plus.
• Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
