Ruby on Rails + React Developer (offline)

Project
It is a leading service for events and technology. We provide solutions to help clients gain valuable insight into the operational flow of an event. We also enhance and streamline the event experience for all parties involved from the promotional organization to the event visitor to the event’s partners and sponsors. Our focus is on festivals, sporting events, trade shows, and concert halls.

Required skills:
- 3+ years of experience with Rails
- Experience with React framework.
- Good knowledge of Relations Databases (Postgres, MySQL), writing DB queries;
- Experience with Version Control System (GIT)
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS;
- Good understanding of REST API standards
- Will be a plus: experience with Apollo
- Will be a plus: experience with GraphQL
- Intermediate English

Responsibilities:
- Follow organizational processes and best practices in an Agile team environment
- Developing new functionality, suggesting improvements to the codebase and the product
- Collaborating with the product owner on estimating and selecting tasks for every sprint
- Writing detailed technical specifications based on user stories
- Performing code reviews, approving pull requests and improving the quality of the code
