Manual QA Team Leader (offline)

Skills:
4+ years of professional Web Applications and E-commerce solutions testing experience;
2+ years of experience with leading a team of 3-5 QA Engineers;
A clear understanding of both Automation and Manual testing methodologies;
A strong understanding of the software development life cycle and methodologies;
Understanding of various browsers capabilities and limitations;
Mobile, cross-browser and cross-platform testing experience;
Experience with bug tracking systems, writing executing test plans, test cases, defect management, and reporting test results;
A strong understanding of the RFC, W3C, ISO standards;
Experience of testing web-services, REST and WEB APIs’;
Experience with Swagger, Postman, Insomnia;
Experience with teamwork tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Git/Bitbucket;
Upper-intermediate written and spoken English skills.
Ability to work from 8 a.m. till 5 p.m.

Responsibilities:
Defining and validating workload and resource demands;
QA processes and flows creation and maintaining, their efficiency tracking and improvement;
Managing creation, execution, and maintaining of all levels of testing (System, Integration, Acceptance, Regression, and Performance);
Managing creation and maintaining of effective and detailed test plans, test cases, feature checklists;
Handling personal development plans for your subordinates;
Participate in the planning of testing strategy for each iteration;
Contribute to longer-term estimation and planning activities, provide estimations of test efforts;
Validate the system against functional and non-functional requirements;
Detect and track platform defects and inconsistencies;
Work in close interaction with the development team;
Build a deep understanding of our platforms and applications;
Assist customer support in analyzing customer issues and providing extensive detail for the development team.

As a Plus:
A natural ability to problem-solving;
Understanding of usability and interaction design;
High level of interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively in a team-oriented environment;
Experience with traffic simulation tools (JMeter, soapUI, Gatling);
Experience with load and performance testing;
Experience of software developer;
Computer Science Degree or equivalent.
