Middle Test Automation Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Requirements analysis and testing
• Test documentation creation and support
• Functional, Regression, Localization/Internationalization, Compatibility and Integration testing performing
• Working on TA coverage extension. Coverage analysis
• Auto-tests design and implementation for defined scope
• TA runs results analysis and communication with the team
• Defining regression scope and suites
• Providing regular and clear reports on project status and progress
• Defects reporting and their further processing
• Collaborating with team members to achieve the best results
• Communication with Customers

REQUIREMENTS
• 2+ years of experience in test automation
• Ability to work independently and suggest ideas and improvements
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
• Good understanding of TA goals, areas of applicability, activities, deliverables
• Strong understanding of OOP paradigm and its projection to code
• Understanding of most common code design patterns and paradigms, ability to clearly recognize them in own code
• Experience in using mainstream libraries/tools for next TA areas: NUnit, SpecFlow, SOAP UI
• Experience creating main SW testing docs: Test Cases, Bug Reports, Test Plan/Strategy, Status reports etc.
• Experience in test coverage tracking
• Experience working with VCS (Git-lsf)
• Experience in existing TA Framework architectural decomposition and adjustment
• Participating in CI process deliverables usage
• Knowledge of Database, SQL (queries of middle complexity)
• Knowledge of Web (client-server architecture, HTML, CSS, JS)
• Good understanding of RESTful architectural style
• Experience in direct communication with client and/or client team
• Knowledge of Estimation techniques and experience of test tasks estimation
• At least Intermediate level of English enough for:
1. Test documentation creation
2. Communication with customer w/o noticeable mistakes

WILL BE A PLUS:
• Understanding of TA efficiency concept and attributes. Knowledge on main TA KPIs
• Experience in TA Framework architecture design from scratch
• Experience in the creation of TA related documentation (User/Dev guides, TA Framework API documentation)
