We are building data-driven ad tech solutions that help big brands deliver their marketing messages in different channels in the most optimal way. Our proprietary algorithms are designed to optimize delivery and performance along in cross-network environment, in particular in Search, Social and Display. Among our clients there world-leading brands such as McDonald’s, L’Oreal, Honda, Mercedes-Benz, Nike and others.

 

We expect you to have:

2+ years of experience in data engineering or data science

2+ years of experience in Python 3

Knowldge of common DS techonologies such as Pandas, Scikit Learn, Keras, Tensor Flow, Numpy

Hands-on experience with Apache Spark

Experience of creating data lakes

Experience of creating data processing pipelines

English (Upper-intermediate+)

Experience in adtech or martech companies

Understanding of adtech ecosystem (RTB, DSP, SSP)

Understanding of ad performance data (metrics, features, optimization approaches)

 

It will be an advantage to also know:

Koalas

ML Flow

Deltalake

 

What will you do here

Setup and maintain the infrastructure for R&D needs

Support DS team with preprocessing pipelines

Create the architecture and setup a data lake

Create a workflow for continious deployment of ML models

Work on the performance optimization of existing DS related functions

Take part in solving problems of bid and creative optimization, conversion rate prediction, outlier detection, timeseries prediction
