Sales representative (B2C /Outbound Calls)

SALES REPRESENTATIVE (B2C / OUTBOUND CALLS)

Location: Remote — Mexico
Salary: $3,000/month fixed base + performance-based bonuses
Target total compensation: Up to $60,000/year

We are an international team operating in the Online Sweepstakes Gaming industry, looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team.

If you have strong sales skills, feel confident communicating with customers over the phone, and are driven by results, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and actively acquire new clients.
• Present promotions, bonuses, and special offers.
• Identify customer needs, handle objections, and close sales.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Work toward individual sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience (B2C, telesales, outbound sales, or similar).
• English proficiency at C2 level.
• Russian proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in phone conversations and objection handling.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.

Experience in iGaming, online casinos, or Sweepstakes is a strong advantage.

  Three 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch
