Sales Manager

 We invite you to join our international team to work with the U.S. market. This is a fully remote position with the potential for increased growth and income after your first 3 months on the job!

 Compensation:
- $3,000 + KPI per month initially.
After 3 months, compensation will be reviewed, with an opportunity for an increase.
- B2B contract and official payments to the employee’s bank account.
 

 Work format: Remote / Online Office  
 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5/2  
 Summer: 11:00–20:00 / Winter: 12:00–21:00 (UTC−5)  
 Breaks: 3 × 15 minutes + 30-minute lunch break.
 

Main Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls from registered users.
- Present project offers, promotions, and bonuses.
- Handle objections and achieve sales KPIs.
 

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of  sales experience.
- English C1–C2 and Russian C1.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
