Business Development Manager (Sales)

Our team works with 2 directions:

• Product development (internally in the company – software development)
• Outsourcing (cooperation with clients from the USA, Europe, and other countries on individual projects)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Sales) with Salesforce experience.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the company's software products to B2B customers.
• Identify and engage potential clients through various sales channels.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiations and closing deals.
• Conduct product presentations and communicate product value to potential customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Manage leads, sales opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM.
• Research the market and identify new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to support sales activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales within the IT industry, specifically SaaS products.
• Experience selling software products and working with international clients.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and its ecosystem will be a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Experience working with clients from the US, Canada, Europe, and other international markets is a plus.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn about our products.
