You spent 5 or more years keeping client accounts on time at an IT outsourcing firm or an agency. US or UK clients, real deadlines, and a client who sometimes got annoyed. You were the one who remembered everything. Now you want fewer hours and more ownership.

That's the person I'm looking for.

I'm Bogdan, founder of CR8 in Berlin. We run LinkedIn ads and outreach for B2B software companies in the US and Europe. The team is me plus two part-time freelancers (design and operations), and our client work runs through Claude AI agents every day. Today I'm the one who remembers every client promise. I want you to own that.

What you own

The calendar of every promise we make to a client, and that each one ships on its date.

The first reply in each client's Slack channel.

Recaps after client calls, weekly report drafts, and call prep for me.

Chasing client approvals, and making sure approved outreach actually goes out.

Our two freelancers' tasks, the CRM (HubSpot) and Todoist kept true, invoice reminders.

The dates of CR8's own internal projects.

A daily brief to me at the end of your day, 150 words at most.

What stays mine: strategy, ad settings and budgets, sales calls, pricing.

You're a fit if

You ran at least 3 English-speaking clients end to end (as a project manager, delivery manager or account manager).

Your written English is short and clear, and you stay calm on a call with an annoyed American.

You bring bad news early, and you say no with a reason.

You have a system for your own life: Notion, Todoist, a paper notebook, anything.

You have a generator or power station, and backup internet.

You use AI a little and want to use it a lot more. Not required, I'll teach you.

The hours are fixed and short on purpose.

Not a fit if you have another job between 14:00 and 19:00 Kyiv time, or if you want to do strategy or creative work.

The terms

25 hours a week, 14:00 to 19:00 Kyiv time, Monday to Friday. Remote.

USD 1,500 a month base, plus USD 150 for every active paying client you run. Today that's USD 1,500 to 2,100 a month.

Paid monthly in USD, on time, as a contractor (FOP).

A written growth path: base review at day 90. Full-time and the title "Head of Client Delivery" as the client list grows, with the triggers written into your offer.

One headline number, promises shipped on their date, and a weekly 1:1. You plan your own day inside the block.

You work in English. 1:1s with me can be in Ukrainian.

How hiring works (about 2 weeks)

1. Apply here on Djinni by Friday 13 November. I'll reply with a short form: a 2-minute video and 3 short questions, all in English. Everyone hears back within 48 hours.

2. Shortlisted people do a paid work sample, USD 50, up to 90 minutes: a client Slack thread to answer. Use AI if you like, and show us how.

3. A call with me: a short role play, a career interview, 5 minutes of live writing.

4. Two reference calls with former managers you choose.

5. Offer by Tuesday 24 November. Start Tuesday 1 December.
