Logistics Manager

Argo Brands is a US-based consumer goods company with four active brands — including top-selling Amazon products with 50,000+ reviews. We sell across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Walmart, Target, Kohl's, and Snappy.

The role
 

You keep our products in stock. You decide what goes to Amazon, when and how, and you make sure it gets there on time and at the lowest cost. It's a role with real ownership and visible impact: when you do it well, sales never stop.

What you'll do:
 

• Plan replenishment: track sales and stock daily and keep every SKU in stock on Amazon FBA.
• Create Amazon shipments (US and Canada) and keep inbound placement fees as low as possible.
• Manage freight: choose carriers, book delivery appointments and follow every load to delivery.
• Receive inbound containers at our 3PL and Atlanta warehouses and set up new products in their systems.
• Prepare customs documents for imported containers together with our brokers.
• Control inventory across warehouses and FBA, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Keep costs down: check warehouse and carrier invoices and avoid unnecessary Amazon fees.
• Handle other orders, such as stock transfers and liquidation shipments.
• Report shipping costs and logistics data to Accounting.
  
  What we're looking for
• 2+ years of hands-on Amazon FBA inbound logistics.
• Experience with LTL and FTL freight and 3PL warehouses.
• Strong Google Sheets or Excel skills.
• English at B2 level or higher.

• Attention to detail and a habit of planning ahead.

   

  Nice to have: Amazon Freight, Carrier Central, US customs documentation.
