Motion Designer

We are looking for a Motion Designer who is passionate about animation and visual storytelling. You will work on a variety of creative projects, ranging from animated banners to complex CGI animations. If you love bringing graphics to life and have experience with 2D and 3D animation tools, this role is for you!

What We Expect From You:

• Strong graphic design skills – experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Expertise in animation software – like in Adobe After Effects or similar
• AI-powered content creation – hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling AI,or similar platforms for creating and animating visual content.
• AI prompting & creative workflows – ability to write effective prompts, work with visual references, maintain character and brand consistency, and refine AI-generated content into production-ready assets.
• GIF & microanimation skills – ability to create engaging GIFs, animated banners, UI elements, and lightweight web animations using Lottie/Bodymovin or similar tools.
• 3D animation experience – proficiency with Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar tools
• Video animation & motion graphics – experience in creating animated videos, explainer videos, social media animations, and CGI elements
• Understanding of animation principles – timing, easing, motion physics, and smooth transitions

Your Responsibilities:

• Creating 2D and 3D animations for company projects
• Designing motion graphics for social media, digital ads, and UI/UX animations
• Producing animated banners (HTML5, GIF, Looping video)
• Developing CGI elements and 3D motion graphics
• Crafting microanimations for websites, marketing projects and interactive media
• Collaborating with designers and marketing teams to enhance visual storytelling
