CTO / Technical Lead

We are seeking a CTO / Technical Lead for the development, technical launch, and further development of our platform. We require a strong technical leader who is skilled in architecture, team management, and is willing to contribute independently to development.
 

Who we're looking for

• Experience as a CTO, Tech Lead, or Head of Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience in developing and designing complex platforms.
• Experience building scalable, stable, and secure architecture.
• Deep understanding of backend, frontend, DevOps, and infrastructure.
• Experience managing a team of developers, hiring, and developing specialists.
• Ability to formulate a technical strategy, roadmap, and plan sprints and releases.
• Experience conducting code reviews, code quality assurance, and implementing development standards.
• Practical experience integrating with external services, operators, and aggregators.
• Experience with production infrastructure, monitoring, logging, and backups.
• Ability to take full responsibility for the technical aspects of the product, from architecture to commercial launch.
   

What you'll be doing

• Develop the technical strategy and architecture of the platform.
• Manage the development team and build effective processes.
• Create a roadmap, plan sprints, and monitor releases.
• Independently develop critical platform components.
• Monitor code quality, product security, and stability.
• Manage the technical infrastructure, integrations, and production environment.
• Recruit developers and develop the technical team.
• Ensure the technical readiness of the platform for launch and scalability.
