Product Data Specialist

We are looking for a Middle/Senior Product Data Specialist to support an eCommerce project. You will manage product information across multiple systems and ensure product data is accurate, complete, and ready for seasonal launches and new product introductions.

This is a hands-on, business-focused role in product data operations.

• Level: Middle—Senior.
• Duration: A few weeks to a few months, to be discussed.
• Start: ASAP.
   

Requirements:

• Experience in product data management, PIM, or eCommerce product operations.
• Hands-on experience managing product catalogues, attributes, metadata, and data quality.
• Understanding of product data flows across ERP, PIM, DAM, and eCommerce platforms.
• Experience with product categorization, data mapping, validation, and enrichment.
• Experience supporting product launches in an eCommerce environment.
• Familiarity with M3, Brandmaster DAM, Adobe Commerce (Magento), Centric, or similar platforms.
• Fluent English.
   

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain product information across ERP, PIM, DAM, and eCommerce systems.
• Coordinate product data preparation for seasonal launches and new product introductions.
• Ensure product data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and correct categorization.
• Manage product attributes, metadata, mapping, and validation to ensure products display correctly online.
• Monitor data flows between systems, identify inconsistencies, and coordinate their resolution.
• Conduct regular data quality checks and support product data governance standards.
