Head of Partnerships and Creator Growth

TalentMinted is recruiting for a confidential international B2C product company with a global partner and creator ecosystem.

We are looking for a commercially strong leader who can build and scale partner acquisition across creators, agencies and other strategic partners.

This role combines Partnerships, Business Development, Growth and Partner Acquisition.

What you’ll do

• Build and own the Partner Growth strategy
• Develop scalable lead-generation and partner-acquisition pipelines
• Launch and optimize outbound partnership initiatives
• Acquire and develop relationships with creators, agencies and commercial partners
• Build processes for partner onboarding, activation and development
• Analyze partner funnels, CAC, ROI and other commercial metrics
• Identify and test new acquisition channels
• Improve partner performance and monetization
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics and Operations
• Build and develop the Partner Growth team

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years in Partnerships, Business Development, Growth or a related commercial role
• Experience building outbound or lead-generation pipelines
• Strong experience working with partners, creators, affiliates or agencies
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
• Understanding of performance marketing and paid acquisition
• Ability to work with funnels, CAC, ROI and other growth metrics
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset
• Experience with international markets
• English B1/B2+

Experience in creator economy, consumer apps, social/entertainment products or other international digital products is a strong plus.
