Growth Product Manager — Retention and Lifecycle

TalentMinted is recruiting for a confidential international B2C mobile product company.

We are looking for a Product Manager focused specifically on retention, engagement and lifecycle growth.

This is a data-driven role for someone who enjoys understanding user behavior, identifying retention opportunities and turning them into measurable product experiments.

What you’ll do

• Own the retention and engagement roadmap
• Analyze user behavior, funnels and cohorts
• Identify opportunities to improve retention, engagement, LTV and payment conversion
• Develop and test product hypotheses
• Design and analyze A/B experiments
• Work with lifecycle communication mechanics, including push notifications
• Conduct user and competitor research
• Prioritize initiatives using frameworks such as RICE
• Prepare PRDs and collaborate with Engineering, Design and Analytics
• Measure results and continuously improve retention mechanics

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of Product Management experience
• Strong B2C mobile-product background
• Practical experience improving retention or engagement metrics
• Strong analytical skills
• Hands-on A/B testing experience
• Experience with lifecycle communication and/or push notifications
• Ability to translate behavioral data into actionable product hypotheses
• Strong roadmap and prioritization skills
• English B2+
• Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or GA4 and basic SQL literacy is a strong plus.
