Product Manager — Mobile Growth and Monetization

TalentMinted is recruiting for a confidential international B2C product company with established mobile products and a global user base.

We are looking for a Product Manager who can own product initiatives end-to-end and improve growth, monetization and user value through data-driven decisions.

What you’ll do

• Own product initiatives from discovery and hypothesis to launch and measurement
• Build and prioritize a roadmap focused on growth, monetization, LTV and payment conversion
• Analyze product funnels and user behavior
• Design and evaluate A/B experiments
• Conduct user and competitor research
• Turn insights into clear product hypotheses
• Prioritize initiatives using frameworks such as RICE
• Prepare clear PRDs and work closely with Engineering, Design and Analytics
• Track the impact of launched features and iterate based on results

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner
• Strong experience with B2C mobile products
• Practical experience with funnels, monetization and product-growth metrics
• Strong analytical mindset and hands-on A/B testing experience
• Ability to independently own product initiatives and outcomes
• Experience with customer and competitor research
• Strong prioritization and stakeholder-management skills
• English B2+

Experience with Amplitude, GA4, BI tools or SQL is highly relevant and will be considered a plus.
