Fractional CRO (Retention Product Manager)
Dinarys GmbH is looking for a Fractional CRO (Retention Product Expert) to help improve user engagement, conversion, and retention for a digital health mobile application.
The product already has a broad set of features, including AI-powered capabilities, but users tend to drop off shortly after installation. Weβre looking for a hands-on specialist who can analyze user behavior, identify where and why users drop off, build the right measurement framework, and systematically improve conversion and retention.
This is a fractional, hands-on role for someone who has actually built and optimized CRO/retention processes, analytics, dashboards, and experiments β not just provided strategic recommendations.
