Retention Sales Specialist

💰 Salary & Contract
- Salary:$3000 + KPI per month. 
- Contract: B2B.
- Official payments are made to the candidate’s bank account. The company covers its tax obligations separately, in accordance with the cooperation terms.
🕒 Schedule & Work Format
- Schedule: 5/2
- Daylight Saving Time:11:00 AM–8:00 PM (UTC−5).
- Standard Time: 12:00 PM–9:00 PM (UTC−5).
- Breaks: Three 15-minute breaks + a 30-minute lunch break.
- Format: Remote, Online Office.
- The schedule may be adjusted based on the needs of the US market.

💼 Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to registered users and handle incoming calls.
- Present current offers and project bonuses.
- Handle objections and guide customers toward the desired action.
- Follow call scripts and meet established KPIs.

🎯 Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in telephone sales.
- English proficiency: C1–C2.
- Russian proficiency: C1.
- Strong sales and objection-handling skills with a results-oriented mindset.
