Chief Financial Officer (CIS Market)

We are looking for a hands-on CFO to take ownership of the finance function for a B2C online casino group operating seven brands across CIS markets.

What you will own:

• Establish and verify opening balances across all payment systems and accounts.
• Manage reconciliations with payment providers, game providers and affiliates.
• Own P&L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet reporting across seven brands.
• Maintain payment, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable registers.
• Monitor foreign exchange differences and conversion losses.
• Assess marketing spend, campaign payback and its impact on financial performance.
• Identify discrepancies, financial risks and negative trends before they affect the business.
• Improve the quality and consistency of financial data across the project group.
• Work with the existing finance managers and introduce clear controls and processes.
• Automate recurring reporting and reconciliation processes using AI tools and finance technology.
• Reduce manual work by building scalable workflows rather than continuously expanding headcount.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience as a CFO or Head of Finance in iGaming or Betting (B2C).
• Strong knowledge of financial and management accounting.
• Hands-on experience with P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, AR/AP, and payment reconciliation.
• Experience working with multiple payment systems, currencies, and high transaction volumes.
• Understanding of foreign exchange differences and conversion losses.
• Ability to evaluate marketing performance and payback from a financial perspective.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies in financial data.
• Practical experience automating finance operations, including the use of AI tools or agents.
• Professional fluency in Ukrainian and an understanding of CIS market specifics.
