We are an international staffing and recruitment agency working with startups and growing companies in the US and Canada. We help clients hire software developers, as well as sales and marketing professionals, sourcing talent in North America, Eastern Europe and Latin America.

Responsibilities
Finding and engaging new clients in the US and Canada
Running discovery calls and taking job briefs
Sourcing and screening candidates for sales, marketing and developer roles
Managing the interview process between the client and candidates
Negotiating and closing offers
Keeping the pipeline and candidate data up to date

Requirements
5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
Experience hiring software developers, sales or marketing roles in North America
Confidence in client communication, including discussing fees and terms
Advanced English (C1 or higher), fluent in calls with US and Canadian clients
Self-driven and comfortable working independently
