Junior Fintech Support Specialist (Wire)

Icon Finance is an international financial services company headquartered in Warsaw. We have operational locations in Asia, Latin America and Europe and a partner network worldwide.
Our services: crypto and fiat exchange, cash operations, bank transfers (SEPA/SWIFT), invoice payments and financial consulting.

Our non-cash operations team is growing, and our senior managers need support. We are looking for someone to take over the operational side of deals: client requests, documents, checks and payment tracking. This will free up our Senior Managers to focus on key clients and on growing the business.

What you’ll do

• Prepare contracts and invoices, and check amounts and bank details.
• Coordinate with partners on deal execution.
• Keep in touch with existing clients: update them on statuses, send information updates to the client base and manage client chats. Record deals in the CRM.

How you’ll grow

• First 3 months: get to know the product and how deals work, and handle small requests together with your manager.
• From month 4: manage requests and documents on your own.
• After 9-12 months: move into a Junior Wire Manager role.

Who we’re looking for

• Proactive: you don’t wait for instructions, you come to your manager with options.
• Sharp: you pick up new things fast and find a way out when there’s no ready-made scenario.
• Detail-oriented: numbers, bank details and documents without mistakes.
• Fast in written communication: you’re comfortable running several conversations at once.
• Fluent in Russian or Ukrainian.
• Confident with Google Sheets and AI tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in finance, banking, a payment service, a currency exchange or operations support.
• Understanding of international payments (SEPA/SWIFT) and crypto.
• English B1+.

This role is not for you if

• You prefer to work strictly by instructions and wait to be told what to do.
• You’re not ready to figure out non-standard situations on your own.
• You need step-by-step supervision at every stage.

What we offer

• 800 USD per month during the 3-month probation period, then 1,000 USD per month. After that, pay is reviewed based on your performance review.
• Fully remote, 9:00-18:00 CET, Monday to Friday.
• 5 days of paid leave per quarter (up to 20 days a year) and paid sick leave.
• Training from the team’s senior managers, a knowledge base and internal tools.
