Your mission: turn marketing into a predictable engine of qualified leads. You own the strategy, the channels and the experiments, and you prove every bet with numbers, working directly with our CEO and Sales.
Why Talkable?
What we sell is growth marketing. For 16 years, Talkable has powered referral programs for e-commerce brands like American Eagle, Puma, Hotels.com, J.Crew, Ralph Lauren and Alo. Today that also covers loyalty, store credit and customer engagement: data-driven optimization and virality, as a product. You'll market a growth product with growth methods, so every experiment you run also teaches you what our customers buy.
Experimentation is in our DNA. Talkable started as an A/B testing company. Our CEO has built A/B testing systems from scratch many times.
We run on AI agents, not chatbots. Our engineers manage agents instead of reading every line of code. Our website is edited by agents. We're rebuilding our testing and measurement from scratch on first-party data. Most companies are still deciding what AI is; we've already reorganized around it.
We move fast. We're a 16-year-old company with real customers, rebuilding how we work around AI. If trying what has only just become possible excites you, you'll fit right in.
What you’ll own:
- Marketing strategy and goals. Define what growth means for Talkable, set the targets and decide where we invest.
- The experimentation system. Turn testing into a machine: high volume, clean setups, every metric captured, decisions made on evidence.
- Acquisition across every channel that works. Google Ads and other paid channels, SEO, email, LinkedIn, warm introductions, scraped and enriched prospect lists. You decide the mix and prove it.
- Lifecycle email. Prospects, partners and existing clients, systematized and automated.
- Positioning and the website funnel. Work with the CEO, Product and Sales to test how we present Talkable and what moves conversion.
- Search and AI visibility. Own how Talkable is discovered and represented across search engines and AI-driven platforms: SEO audits, keyword and competitor research, and new content opportunities.
- An agent-driven marketing function. Decide what agents run, how they work and how we measure them, so one person delivers the output of a full team.
What we look for:
- Proven growth results you can quantify: what you owned, what you tested and what changed.
- Products you built or helped build, ideally in virality, referral or e-commerce.
- Experience leading people or a marketing function, and the strategic judgment that comes with it.
- An early, all-in adopter of AI agents. Much of your own work, from SEO research to competitor analysis, is already automated, and you can show how.
- Deep analytics, search and testing expertise. You've run Google Ads and on-page and off-page SEO, read Google Analytics fluently, and know how A/B tests break and how to fix them before trusting a result.
- Sharp written and spoken English for leadership, an international team and English-language campaigns.
- You still build, hands-on. Be ready to show what you've built.
Nice to have: pet projects or products of your own; vibe-coding apps, sites or tools with AI; a genuine love for AI and the newest models; B2B SaaS, e-commerce or Shopify experience; consumer or social products; experience with the US market.
