What you’ll own:

• Marketing strategy and goals. Define what growth means for Talkable, set the targets and decide where we invest.
• The experimentation system. Turn testing into a machine: high volume, clean setups, every metric captured, decisions made on evidence.
• Acquisition across every channel that works. Google Ads and other paid channels, SEO, email, LinkedIn, warm introductions, scraped and enriched prospect lists. You decide the mix and prove it.
• Lifecycle email. Prospects, partners and existing clients, systematized and automated.
• Positioning and the website funnel. Work with the CEO, Product and Sales to test how we present Talkable and what moves conversion.
• Search and AI visibility. Own how Talkable is discovered and represented across search engines and AI-driven platforms: SEO audits, keyword and competitor research, and new content opportunities.
• An agent-driven marketing function. Decide what agents run, how they work and how we measure them, so one person delivers the output of a full team.

What we look for:

• Proven growth results you can quantify: what you owned, what you tested and what changed.
• Products you built or helped build, ideally in virality, referral or e-commerce.
• Experience leading people or a marketing function, and the strategic judgment that comes with it.
• An early, all-in adopter of AI agents. Much of your own work, from SEO research to competitor analysis, is already automated, and you can show how.
• Deep analytics, search and testing expertise. You've run Google Ads and on-page and off-page SEO, read Google Analytics fluently, and know how A/B tests break and how to fix them before trusting a result.
• Sharp written and spoken English for leadership, an international team and English-language campaigns.
• You still build, hands-on. Be ready to show what you've built.

Nice to have: pet projects or products of your own; vibe-coding apps, sites or tools with AI; a genuine love for AI and the newest models; B2B SaaS, e-commerce or Shopify experience; consumer or social products; experience with the US market.

• The goals: Decide what to measure and which bets to place first. Then own the numbers.
• An experimentation engine: Run tests at high volume across the website, landing pages, email and outbound. Measure everything, not just the hypothesis, so each test teaches more than "worked / didn't work".
• Acquisition across every channel that works: Google Ads and other paid channels, SEO, email, LinkedIn, warm introductions through people who know us, scraped and enriched prospect lists. Outbound is far more than cold email.
• Lifecycle email: Prospects, partners and existing clients: map what we send, cut what doesn't earn attention, and automate what does.
• The funnel on our website: Work with Product and Sales on landing pages, calls to action and sign-up flows, and prove what moves conversion.
• Search and AI visibility. Improve how Talkable is discovered and represented across search engines and AI-driven platforms: run SEO audits, keyword and competitor research, and find new content opportunities.
• Your army of agents: Automate research, list building, content, testing and reporting, so one person does the work of a team. You check the output before it ships.

Qualifications:

• A track record in growth marketing. Experiments you owned, what you tested and the numbers that changed.
• Hands-on channel experience: Google Ads and PPC, on-page and off-page SEO, email, conversion optimization and outbound beyond cold email, with tools like Google Analytics, ad managers and keyword tools.
• You think in numbers. You read a funnel, know the unit economics and tell real signal from vanity metrics.
• You know how A/B tests break. Sample ratio problems, A/A tests, bad splits: you check the setup before you trust a result.
• Daily work with AI agents and automation, including SEO research, competitor analysis and content optimization, and the judgment to review their output instead of publishing it blind.
• You set your own goals, prioritize and execute without waiting to be told.
• Sharp written English for an international team and English-language campaigns.
• You build, constantly. Be ready to show what you've built.

Nice to have: pet projects you've launched; vibe-coding apps, sites or tools with AI; a genuine love for AI and the newest models; B2B SaaS, e-commerce or Shopify experience; referral, loyalty or virality mechanics; enough code to change a landing page or set up tracking; experience with the US market.

• Generate new leads: Test outbound and inbound approaches, measure what works and double down on it.
• Build the inbound funnel: Understand our target audience, map how they find and evaluate us, and optimize the website to meet their needs.
• Grow our visibility in search and AI: Run SEO audits, keyword and competitor research, and find new content opportunities, so Talkable is discovered and well represented on search engines and AI-driven platforms.
• Work closely with Sales: Hand over qualified leads, learn what converts, and feed it back into your next experiments.
• Run experiments end-to-end: Write the hypothesis, set up the test, measure everything and report what you learned.
• Build your own agents for research, content, testing and reporting.

What we look for:

• A strong head for numbers, and a fascination with what they mean for marketing. You're comfortable with data, statistics and spreadsheets, whether from your studies, a side project or a first job.
• Proof that you build and grow things. Show us something you've built, or a side project you tried to grow and what happened.
• You know growth marketing and its tools. Google Analytics, Google Ads and keyword tools, plus on-page and off-page SEO.
• Daily work with AI tools and agents, including SEO research, competitor analysis and content optimization, and the habit of checking their output before you use it.
• Ambition and curiosity. You learn fast, take feedback well and want ownership.
• Upper-intermediate or advanced English, written and spoken, for an international team and English-language campaigns.

Nice to have: pet projects you've launched; vibe-coding apps, sites or tools with AI; a genuine love for AI and the newest models; interest in e-commerce or referral marketing; experience with the US market.
