Senior Data Scientist / ML Engineer (LLM) — Networking

Who we're looking for

• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning engineering, or a related field
• Strong Python skills, including pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn
• Practical experience with at least one deep learning framework: PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model evaluation, and overfitting prevention
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, ideally Anthropic Claude, including prompt engineering, tool use, RAG, and output evaluation
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs with FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, preferably SQL Server and MongoDB
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Familiarity with Git, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum practices
• Experience delivering production-ready solutions, not only notebooks and prototypes
• A practical, problem-solving mindset and the ability to choose the right AI/ML approach for the business need
• Proactive communication, clear documentation of decisions, and effective collaboration in a distributed team
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
