As an Affiliate Manager in our SMS direction, you’ll own partner relationships in the Health vertical, focused primarily on the US market. Your main goals are to grow revenue from existing partners and to bring new ones on board. You’ll be the face of EPC Network for our partners: a confident, polished professional who understands how American business works, communicates naturally with US counterparts, and builds the kind of trust that turns one-off deals into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing affiliate partners in the Health vertical, primarily US-based, increasing volume, quality, and revenue from each relationship.
• Proactively source, pitch, and onboard new partners, networks, and advertisers to expand the vertical.
• Own the Health vertical end to end and become the go-to person for partners in this niche.
• Negotiate commercial terms, including CPA rates, caps, and payouts, to maximize performance and margin.
• Communicate with partners daily across calls, video meetings, voice messages, Slack, Telegram, and email, keeping response times fast and communication professional.
• Work with partial overlap with US business hours to stay available when partners need you.
• Represent EPC Network at industry events and conferences, and in partner meetings.
• Monitor partner performance, spot growth opportunities and risks early, and act on them.
• Collaborate with media buying, compliance, analytics, and finance teams to align on performance and strategy.
• Actively contribute to the growth and scaling of the SMS affiliate direction.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development in performance marketing.
• Proven experience working with partners in the US market. Experience with the UK, Germany, Denmark, or other Western markets is also highly relevant.
• Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems and partner networks (e.g., ClickBank, BuyGoods, MaxWeb, Digistore24).
• Fluent spoken and written English (B2/C1), with confidence in live calls and negotiations without predefined scripts.
• Understanding of US business culture and communication style: direct, fast, results-oriented.
• Confident, presentable, and professional manner, comfortable on camera and in high-stakes conversations.
• Strong negotiation skills and a commercial mindset.
• Proven track record of both retaining and growing existing accounts and closing new partnerships.
• High level of ownership and accountability for results.

• Experience with SMS traffic or SMS marketing is a plus.
• Background of living, studying, or working in the US or another English-speaking country is a plus.
• Experience in the Health vertical (wellness, supplements, health insurance, or similar) is highly preferred.
• An existing network of contacts in the Health affiliate space is a big plus.
