Microsoft 365/License Management Specialist

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 & License Management Specialist to help manage software licenses, user access, and corporate SaaS platforms across the organization.

What you'll do:

• Process license requests: assign, change, and revoke licenses
• Monitor license usage, limits, and subscriptions
• Coordinate renewals, purchases, and vendor communications
• Analyze license utilization and identify optimization opportunities
• Maintain documentation and internal procedures
• Support administration of corporate SaaS tools and platforms

What we're looking for:

• 1+ year of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, IT Operations, or SaaS Administration
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center
• Basic knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Experience working with SaaS administration consoles
• Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting

• Attention to detail and ability to create clear documentation

   

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Microsoft licensing models (CSP, EA, Consumption-based billing)
• PowerShell or Microsoft Graph basics
• Experience with Power BI or SAM tools
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Experience with Intune, GitHub, Apple Business Manager, or AI administration tools
