User Acquisition Manager

For over 13 years, we’ve been building great mobile products in Health & Wellness, AI tools & chats, and utilities, attracting millions of users worldwide.
 

We’re now strengthening user acquisition in one of our product teams and are looking for a User Acquisition Manager: someone who doesn’t just set up campaigns, but understands the product, gets the most out of every hypothesis, tests fast, analyzes deeply, and proposes solutions that actually move the metrics.
 

What you’ll do:

• Own Meta and TikTok campaigns: planning, launch, optimization, and scaling;
• Keep a finger on the pulse of Google and ASA campaigns and communicate with the UA managers for these channels;
• Work closely with the product team to dive deep into the specifics of our products;
• Research the market and new channels we could use to acquire users.
   

What will help you perform well in this role:

• 2+ years of experience with Meta and TikTok app campaigns in AI chats & tools, utilities, or Health & Wellness;
• 1+ year of experience with web campaigns in the same categories;
• Experience managing budgets of $300K+;
• A proactive approach: you keep looking for new channels and ways to optimize acquisition, and you love testing hypotheses;
• A solid understanding of key performance marketing metrics: CPI, ROAS, LTV, CR, CPT, etc.;
• Independence, autonomy, and readiness to take ownership of results;
• Market research skills and a knack for finding new product ideas are a plus;
• Experience with Unity, AppLovin, Adsterra, and other ad networks is a plus.
