Forward-Deployed Software Engineer (AI/LLM)

We are looking for engineers who are passionate about AI-native development, comfortable working with ambiguity, and excited about using AI agents to fundamentally change how software is built.

Key Responsibilities:

AI-Native Software Development

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications built around AI agents and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build scalable AI-native architectures where intelligent agents are integral to the system design.
• Develop reliable, maintainable, and production-ready software using modern engineering practices.
• Leverage AI coding agents to accelerate development while maintaining high standards of code quality.

LLM Integration & Agentic Systems

• Integrate LLMs into production environments, focusing on retrieval, context engineering, and output validation.
• Design and implement multi-agent workflows, including task orchestration, agent responsibilities, and control mechanisms.
• Develop robust AI solutions with appropriate guardrails, fallback mechanisms, and error handling.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and testing strategies to ensure the reliability, security, and traceability of AI-driven systems.

Software Architecture & Engineering Excellence

• Take ownership of technical solutions from initial requirements through production deployment.
• Design architectures that balance rapid prototyping with enterprise-level quality and reliability.
• Maintain engineering standards across code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Review, validate, and improve AI-generated code to ensure production readiness.
• Identify technical risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and continuously improve system performance.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including hands-on development of production applications.
• Strong programming skills in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
• Recent, practical experience designing, developing, or integrating AI/LLM-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding agents in daily software development workflows.
• Strong understanding of AI-assisted development, including code validation, debugging, and common failure modes of coding agents.
• Experience building or integrating LLM-powered applications, including retrieval mechanisms, context management, and output validation.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design principles, and production engineering practices.
• Experience with automated testing, code reviews, version control, and CI/CD processes.
• Ability to independently investigate complex technical problems and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to engineering quality.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate confidently with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments where requirements may evolve or initially be undefined.

The following experience would be valuable for this role:

• Designing and implementing multi-agent AI systems and agent orchestration workflows.
• Building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Implementing LLM evaluation, guardrails, fallback strategies, and observability.
• Working on enterprise-grade AI applications with strict reliability and quality requirements.
• Participating in customer-facing engineering projects or enterprise solution delivery.
• Taking technical ownership of projects involving multiple stakeholders and complex business requirements.
