Responsibilities

  • Own the evidence. Interview customers and delivery leaders, write a job story for every major feature, and create use cases that match what we sell. Nothing enters development without evidence.
  • Own priorities and trade-offs. Backlog, roadmap, what ships this sprint and what waits. Every call comes with a written reason. When it is not obvious, you decide.
  • Own requirements and refinement. Job stories and metric-calculation rules; refinement between engineering and design; product stormings with mock-ups before we build.
  • Own product analytics. Run trials, activation, feature usage, and edition mix every sprint; report out after every release and experiment.
  • Shape the agent. The skills, tools, and knowledge of our Rovo agent, what users ask it, where it falls short, how it compares with other agents in the new Marketplace category.
  • Watch the market. Comparison tables against competitors and native Jira, Jira and Atlassian platform changes, competitors' release notes.
  • Feed go-to-market. Documentation and release notes, topics for the content team, review of product claims in copy, demo-call prep and debrief with enterprise prospects.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Analytics background: you shipped analytical products or dashboards and know why teams spend time on charts.
  • Daily Jira user. A technical background is a plus.
  • Initiatives spanning several releases or teams, not a single feature.
  • Hands-on with AI: you use it daily and have built or configured agents.
  • Fluent English (C1+).
  • Fast pace: priorities change, and you decide with incomplete information.

Skills That Make You Stand Out

  • 3+ years as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, with features you can walk us through from evidence to release.
  • You introduced cycle time, throughput or forecasting metrics to teams that had none.
  • SAFe or other scaled-agile exposure; delivery processes in large organizations.
  • You were there when a company scaled into enterprise: one team became five or six, and delivery KPIs appeared.
  • You speak at Agile or Atlassian community events.
