We are an international logistics and e-commerce company focused on cross-border delivery and global e-commerce solutions. We are growing our presence in the U.S. market and building integrations with leading international marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
About the role
You will drive the full project lifecycle, from initiation and requirements gathering to delivery, go-live and post-implementation analysis. Your focus will be e-commerce product launches, API integrations with marketplaces and logistics partners, and new international delivery services, with a strong emphasis on the U.S. market.
Key project areas
- Launch and scaling of e-commerce and logistics products

- Market entry and international expansion, including the U.S.
- Integrations with international e-commerce platforms
Responsibilities
- Manage scope, timeline, budget, resources, and delivery
- Build roadmaps and milestone plans and track their execution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: Product, IT, Analytics, Operations, Customer Support, Business Development, Finance, and external partners
- Lead integration projects with marketplaces, courier services, logistics operators, and e-commerce platforms
- Maintain project documentation: requirements, risks, dependencies, statuses, launch plans
- Manage risks, changes, and cross-project dependencies
- Report to leadership on progress, risks, budget, and forecasts
- Ensure a smooth handover of project outcomes into operations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Experience managing commercial projects
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, international logistics, or cross-border delivery
- Experience working in an international environment, including the U.S. market
- Experience managing complex cross-functional API integration projects (ideally with e-commerce platforms)
- Experience working with international teams, clients, or partners
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools
- Understanding of the digital product and IT development lifecycle
- Experience managing project budgets, resources, risks, and timelines
- English: C1
U.S. market and working hours
- Hands-on work with U.S. partners, clients, and platforms
- Readiness to hold regular meetings during U.S. business hours (partial overlap with EST/PST in the evenings, Kyiv time)
Domain experience (at least one area)
- E-commerce platforms and marketplaces
- Logistics / shipping platforms, 3PL integrations
- Order management systems
- Fulfillment systems (general understanding is enough)
Technical understanding (no coding required)
REST API, JSON, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, asynchronous processing, error handling and retry mechanisms, system dependencies.
Business knowledge
Order and shipment lifecycle, shipping rates, label generation, tracking, returns, payments, seller wallet / billing.
Nice to have
- Experience with at least 2–3 marketplaces/platforms: Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce, Walmart, Magento, BigCommerce, Mirakl
- Experience launching products or services in international markets, including the U.S.
- Understanding of system architecture and integrations
