Game Producer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Game Producer to join our side project focused on building and growing our own portfolio of casino games.

We already work with a White Label Game Provider and have access to an existing portfolio. Our goal is to transform proven game concepts into distinctive games developed specifically for our brand, starting with an initial portfolio of 10 games.

You will own the process from concept development to launch, working directly with external providers and shaping the future of our game portfolio. In the long term, this initiative may evolve into our own game studio.

What you will do

• Analyze existing casino games and identify opportunities to create branded versions with unique themes, visuals, characters, and features while leveraging proven mechanics.
• Develop game concepts, creative briefs, references, and production requirements for external providers.
• Manage game production from initial idea through development, testing, and launch.
• Collaborate with providers, align priorities, and ensure our games meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Contribute to negotiations on production terms and revenue share models.
• Monitor game performance and identify opportunities to improve the portfolio's commercial results.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as a Game Producer, Game Designer, or Product Manager.
• Strong understanding of online casino games, especially slots, their mechanics, and market trends.
• Experience working with external game providers or development studios.
• Ability to turn creative ideas into clear briefs and actionable requirements.
• Strong creative vision, commercial mindset, and negotiation skills.

• Ownership mentality and the ability to drive projects independently.
