P3 Alpha is a technology company developing core banking solutions for private banks and wealth management businesses. As part of the international P3 group, we work with a distributed team across multiple countries.

We are looking for a proactive and independent Talent Acquisition Manager who will take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, help us attract strong professionals across European and global markets, and continuously improve our recruitment processes.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle across multiple technical and business roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and hiring strategies.
• Source and attract candidates across European and global markets.
• Conduct structured interviews and manage candidates throughout the process.
• Research talent markets and provide practical hiring recommendations.
• Build talent pipelines for specialised and business-critical roles.
• Set up and continuously improve recruitment processes, workflows, and tools.
• Track recruitment metrics and use data to improve hiring effectiveness.
• Support candidate experience and employer-branding initiatives.

About you:

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in IT or Tech.
• Experience recruiting across international, particularly European, markets.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience recruiting technical and business roles at different seniority levels.
• Experience setting up or significantly improving recruitment processes.
• Confidence working with recruitment metrics and data.
• Experience using AI tools in recruitment.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher.
• A proactive, independent, and structured approach.
