Senior Delphi Developer

We’re looking for an experienced Delphi/Object Pascal Developer to work on established healthcare software products where stability, performance, and backward compatibility are essential.

📍 Remote — must be able to work from within the EU

📅 Full-time, long-term contract

Must-have skills:

▪️ 7+ years of senior-level Delphi development

▪️ Strong experience with large Windows desktop applications

▪️ Solid knowledge of VCL and Delphi application architecture

▪️ Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

▪️ SQL and relational databases

▪️ Experience maintaining and modernizing production codebases

▪️ Fluent English

Nice to have:

▪️ Windows API, COM/ActiveX

▪️ Oracle or other enterprise databases

▪️ Integration with C++, .NET, or Java

▪️ Automated testing and CI/CD

▪️ AI-assisted development tools
